It makes a difference if the manufacturers have the right amounts of each of the B complexvitamins as the body only can use them as a group, and if you have a high amountof one, and a way low amount of another ….it doesnt help… as the body needs themin the correct grouping to be utilized as a whole and the low one shorts them all out.There is a super excellent book byAdelle Davis -one of the first nutritionists that understood the B vitamin correct mixturecalled Lets Eat Right to Keep Fit.
