Affordable, good balance of copper/zinc
I started taking these the past couple months. I never really had a diagnosis or issue that I was ever really aware of but always felt like there was something missing. I had just done some research on copper being good for immunity,blood and overall wellness and needed a certain ratio of zinc to balance that. Out of all the supplements ive tried and taken, these were the only ones ive seen a notable difference in my nails and health. My nails used to break off easy and we’re always thin and weak even when taking multivitamins. Ive never had such long strong nails! Which tells me that this is def being absorbed and is working in my body. Ive done some serious labor tasks and no nail breakage even at this nail length. Thats insane for me lol!
