    Fine when peeled

    Gave me heartburn until I started removing the gel capsule from the outside. It’s already solid inside so I just peel it before I take it and I have no problems.

    I had a very fast reaction to this herb. I recommend that you read the warnings and counter-indications before you purchase. Solaray is an excellent company – I’ve bought several other supplements from them before. I will not be continuing with Rhodiola, which has nothing to do with them but how it seems to have interacted with prescription meds I take. Please, just be careful.
