    I have MTHFR and this product has benefitted me

    I’m homozygous for the MTHFR mutation and have been on and off methylated b vitamins for the past several years. I had some pretty bizarre reactions to other popular methylated b vitamin brands I’ve purchased on Amazon and eventually stopped taking b vitamins all together for a period of time. I came across this brand and decided to give it a shot after dealing with some uncanny short term memory issues (I’m a female in my late twenties!). I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my memory (as well as strength of nails and hair) since taking this supplement. I highly recommend it to anyone else who has any variant of the MTHFR mutation and has struggled with side effects from other brands.

    Best I’ve found

    As far as I can tell, this is the best form of the B Complex I have found. It has the Methyl form of B-12 instead of the less healthy Cyan form. It also uses the high quality Quatrefolic bioavailable version of folic acid (you can look it up) which is much healthier and much more easily absorbed than regular folic acid. As far as I can tell, Quatrefolic does have regular folic acid which I initially thought was a bad idea. However as I researched, my understanding is that what causes the negative effects of regular folic acid is if it is taken in fairly large amounts routinely and accumulates unmetabolized in the body. It seems the regular folic acid in Quatrefolic is reduced/metabolized due to the rest of the ingredients within the Quatrefolic formula. Overall this B complex is a very good product!

    This has been my choice for a while.

    I want a low dose Methalated B complex and this one seems to be the only one I can find. My labs indicate good absorption and I have some methylation issues. Solaray has been around a long time in the good old health food stores.

    SOLARAY is a quality company

    I have never been disappointed with SOLORAY products, this one included! The Methyl B vitamins are critical for folks with the MTHFR Gene Mutation.

    Helps hair too

    I got this product because my sister recommended it for hair growth actually. I also have nerve pain so figured maybe two birds with one stone. I can’t say if it’s helped with pain but my hair seems to be coming in healthier at the roots less breakage after some time. I also switched my shampoo though so could be coincidental but I say try it cuz it seems to only be helping with the two reasons I am taking it and I will continue to take it.

    Best methyl B vitamin out there.

    Great vitamin, no weird side effects, and the only methyl b vitamin complex on here without insane percentages. Watch out for any other brand on here. There percentages of each vitamin tend to be insane. I will be sticking with this one, regardless of the price, bc it works.

    Best b complex vitamin I have tried. It does not upset my stomach. I have more energy throughout the day when taking this vitamin.
