Really good product!
I have been taking this for a couple months. I was getting sick too frequently. I decided to take a product to boost my immune system. I haven’t been sick since I started taking this product. I am going to keep taking this until summer. I will put this product in my arsenal for the fall and winter months. I have recommended this to a few family members as well. I am so glad I found this!

Solaray Elderberry 450 mg. Capsules are great quality, easy to take (twice daily), and work great! Combined with Solaray Time-Release Two Stage 500 mg. Vitamin C Capsules, they make a powerhouse combination immune system builder. Cold viruses go away quicker and stay away. This combo seems to help with the various flu viruses as well, but that could “just be my perception.” Over the years, 3 pharmacists told me independently of one another that elderberry, time-release Vitamin C, and zinc gluconate tablets/lozenges are the best way to strengthen the immune system and keep it strong. Since I am medically-trained I know to trust pharmacists when it comes to prescription, herbal, and supplement information. In my opinion they know way more than MD’s do about these things. Best Elderberry I’ve tried
I have usually used Sambucol for many years. But, I accidently ran across this brand and it works miracles. Anytime I feel like a cold is coming on, or a sore throat, I take two of these immediately and within an hour or two all the symptoms just go away. One time I had woke up in the middle of the night with a very sore throat out of nowhere, and I took two of these and went back to sleep and when I woke up I had no symptoms of anything. When I used to use sambucol i had to take many of the pills and I would sometimes still have symptoms. But these new Solaray ones I take are definitely much stronger and effective.

Great Product – Without the sugar
Most Elderberry supplements come in a gummy form. Me being on a Keto diet could not use those supplements. So happy for these. All the benefits of Elderberry without all the added sugar of a gummy.

My favorite elderberry supplement
This is my favorite elderberry supplements. I love that it is really clean as far as the ingredients go and it’s nice and convenient that I can get it here on Amazon. Delivery speed is great I usually get it within a day or two. They are easy to swallow because they are not giant horse pills. I feel like it really does help my immune system especially being a teacher and being around all the germs that I am around everyday it is effective. As far as the value for the money it’s the same that I would pay at my local health food store it’s just way more convenient to know that I can get it on an auto-ship on Amazon and I don’t have to worry about whether or not they actually have it in stock at the health food store. It doesn’t upset my stomach but I’ve never taken it without food so I can’t really tell you on that one. I definitely recommend this one it is a good value for all the clean ingredients that are in it.

I Believe It Keeps Me From Getting Sick
I really like these elderberry capsules. They aren’t too big. They don’t stick on the way down or cause any type of reflux or stomach issues. I take them whenever I am around people who have flu or a cold and also when I’m out someplace and hear someone coughing.I’ll take 2 of these before going out around sick people, or 2 when I get back if I felt iike I was exposed. then I”ll take 2 later on that same day and so far its worked. I’ve also taken the same amount at times when I feel a sore throat or cough beginning and each time it has prevented it from progressing.
