I use creatine regularly for bone and muscle health and recovery. I like this way to take the supplement, because it blends so well with my morning coffee. The powder is officially unflavored, but I’ve never encountered ANY unflavored ANYTHING that ends up being truly unflavored. This SOLARAY Creatine Plus MBP is the same way. Blended in water, you CAN tell it’s in there by the flavor. Not overwhelming, not even objectionable, but still there. But not in coffee.I have to admit that I didn’t at all mind the taste in water, but I prefer the LACK of taste in coffee. I should add that you might need a mixer of some kind to blend it in water. If not, then it seems not to dissolve completely, and leaves a texture that I did NOT notice in my coffee.I should make note of the fact that, in MY understanding, a solution with powder dissolved in it, is assimilated more thoroughly by the body. My FAVORITE way to take a supplement is as a capsule, but I MUCH prefer the better absorption of a powder supplement over the simplicity and convenience of capsules.I also like the fact that this supplement contains Milk Bone Protein. It’s a supplement that I’ve trusted for a long time, and with my rigorous and active life, I believe it has helped me maintain good muscle and bone health.This is a good supplement, with a good formula, in an easy to use form, and I recommend it heartily.

If you’re working out or just starting to work out, I highly suggest adding creatine to your daily supplements/diet. It helps gain muscle and supports your workout goals.I didn’t mind the taste, it’s light. It didn’t always mix easily in my cold water or beverages, but I didn’t have any issues when mixing it with warm drinks. I felt like it caused a little bit of bloating, but that’s pretty normal so I backed off and slowly introduced it with smaller servings and worked my way up and it was much easier on my body. Overall, I liked it, but I have another brand or 2 that I like a little better.
