Liver supplement with phytosome technology
This is one of the better milk thistle supplements because it uses the phytosome technology to improve liver function and improve liver enzymes. Although generally safe at this dose, it is important to check that milk thistle does not interfere with prescribed medications. This is described as a supplement, not a cure for a serious condition for which medical attention is needed.

Good quality supplement at a reasonable price (and glass bottle is a plus). Easy to take, however, smells like pencil shavings which is fine for me. Milk Thistle is a great supplement as long as you are reasonable in your expectation of benefits. I take this for overall well being and to support my liver in the long run. I also take before and after drinking. I appreciate the ingredient transparency and dosing. This one is now in my subscription rotation.
