Not sure if these do anything
I had previously been taking a supplement that included skullcaps that I found to be quite effective for muscle relaxation and workout recovery. Those supplements were very expensive so I have been looking for a less expensive replacement. I thought I would try these because the price seemed really good. Unfortunately I don’t think these are working. I will continue to take them and update my review if I start noticing any benefits. On the plus side I did not experience any negative side effects from taking these.

Seem to help stay asleep
Waited a bit before reviewing this.Wanted to see if a difference was felt at all and I can say after a little bit took almost 2 weeks for me but I can notice a change in sleep I don’t wake up as much as before.Another thing I noticed was I usually use hyocine to help me sleep but these do not mix well. Headaches. Be aware of what you mix with it when it comes to herbal supplements.

Awesome product.
Wow. My very first time trying this product. I love this product, a must buy. This helps with physical pain and helps me sleep a lot better as well. This is so easy to take. The taste isn’t bad. This has a wonderful quality as well. I would highly recommend this.

Seems to help me sleep better but I haver been told to not take skullcap regularly, so I don’t take it every night.
