    Like many supplements there are more questions for me than answers available

    This supplement is a combination supplement with D-Mannose, dandelion extract, hibiscus, and cranberry. Included in the label (but not the ad) are fairly typical warnings instructing consumers to consult with their physician prior to taking the supplement, and a statement warning, “This product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness”. There is some indication from animal studies that there is a wide range of benefits from each of these components, but of course no double blind, placebo controlled studies on humans of any on the components, much less the combination of all of them.This supplement is said to be made in the U.S.A. but ingredients outsourced from other countries. There is an indication that it has been evaluated by a third party lab and is mode in a GMP (good manufacturing practice) certified facility. and FDA certified facility although they are clear that the product has not been actually evaluated by the FDA.As with most of these supplements, there is some indication of possible benefits in animal studies, but lumping a bunch of components together, each with weak suggestion of benefits and each with their own side effects and problems with drug combination, using foreign sourced components, leaves the consumer with essentially no information about what you would be taking with a clear indication it will help any specific problem without side effects.I was able to contact a representative at Simple Promise who stated that the ingredients are at least in part outsourced to other countries and the company relies on the ingredients being lab tested in the country they are purchased in and that no testing is done in the United States. The ingredients are assembled and packaged into pill form then transported out of the Simple Promise facility. He is unaware if a lab report from other counties accompany the ingredients when they are delivered.

    I go to brand because you know there isn’t any toxins, disgusting fillers, or anything that negate the healthy ingredients basically that so many other supplements on the market have lolThis sort of thing it takes time to be able to determine if it’s doing anything right? It’s not like a pill that you’ve taken something happens. It’s more of a preventative I should sayAnybody even looking at this product knows that I’m surebut I believe it’s a perfect value for its moneyI think it’s a shame that there’s so much junk out there and we have to filter through all of them to find the good companies like thisBut they do existAnd this is one of them

    A bit costly

    Seeing just how bad a UTI can effect the elderly put enough of a scare into me to make sure I am supporting my urinary health. I have been taking Cranberry supplements off and on for several years. When I saw this one also contained other natural ingredients that support urinary health, I was sold. I have been taking these for a couple weeks now and have had no adverse reaction to these. As far as observed benefits – I wasn’t really expecting to see any change as I feel my urinary tract health should be good. I also like this is only 2 pills per day. However, this comes with a very hefty price tag. If I already had an infection and this was being taken to cure the infection then I may find it worthwhile however as a maintenance supplement, I believe there are many similar products on the market that are much cheaper. I believe the manufacturer will need to lower the price somewhat for these to become popular and a staple with the average persons supplement regimen.

    Good source of D-Mannose with Cranberry and Hibiscus

    I take 2 capsules with meals. The capsules are medium-sized and are still easy to swallow. No side effects noted after taking it for 8 days. The bottle contains 60 capsules. No odor or unusual smell noted. 2 capsules contain 1000 mg of D-Mannose mg and 150 mg of Cranberry juice powder. The bottle has a safety seal and appears to be a quality product. The bottle states that it is GMO-free and gluten-free.

    Excellent at helping with general urinary issues.

    Excellent item, really helped clear up issues that were happening. Directions are clear and concise and the item was delivered in excellent packaging. The pills have no taste so there is nothing to cause any issues with swallowing them. Would highly recommend for anyone that is having UTIs for an over the counter remedy. (this is not actual medical advice, please see a doctor if you are having issues)

However, I am only a consumer and not a doctor or naturopath, so I can’t comment on how or if this item is effective.From my standpoint this product would be a good buy for those who’d prefer to have 1 or 2 capsules rather than a handful, and it’s likely a cost savings as well.Initially I did have a concern, as there’s not a country of origin listed on the product label, but on the website it does say it’s “Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.”So there you have it. I think it’s well worth consideration.
