At $60 (at the time of ordering), this is a premium price for a 30-day supply of most any supplement. I do appreciate that the formula is not meant to help you lose weight by making you spend all your time in the bathroom, if you catch my drift. The formula feels gentle. In that way, I think the results probably need more than a 30-day trial to notice, or else are generally subtle like other food-based approaches. I appreciate that there is no stimulants in the formula, and I also like that the item is manufactured in the USA. There are inconsistencies in dosing instructions between their product page images and on the bottle.

Didn’t work for me
I’m typically at the gym five days a week and was hoping these could help me slim down. After finishing the bottle, I can say I didn’t notice any difference. I maintained my usual workout routine and eating habits, and my weight remained in the same range.The pills were of average size and easy to swallow. In the bottle, there was a slight vinegar scent, but they didn’t have any taste, and there wasn’t any “burp back” or other adverse reactions.

This supplement is one the most expensive I’ve ever come across. Because of this I had pretty high expectations, but after trialing it, I saw and felt little to no effects. As least in terms of metabolism, I don’t know that these are any more effective than my usual probiotics. And as far as energy levels, I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary. On the plus side, I didn’t experience any adverse reaction or weird taste/odor. The capsules were easy to incorporate into my daily routine, and even though they didn’t do much for me, the ingredients did seem to be of superior quality and responsibly sourced. All that said, these just weren’t for me.

Not sure…
It says to take 2 capsules daily on the product page, but the bottle says, “30 capsules, 30 day supply”. I took 1 capsule daily with lunch for 2 weeks. Since it should be working at the micro/cellular level, I knew I probably wouldn’t be able to visibly see any difference or feel different. I sure didn’t feel or see anything different to note. However, I didn’t feel any negative side effects either. There was no weight gain/loss while I took this supplement. I didn’t feel more energy either. After 2 weeks, I didn’t feel convinced enough to buy another bottle, but I am going to take it for the 3rd week. I may go for the 4th week as well -If anything I need to note otherwise, I will update this review.

Capsules are really small very easy to get down. They work well and you only have to use two per day. It’s an expensive product but when you see the effects of it, you’ll understand why. Very happy with the results and highly recommend.
