Super Premium Cardio Support
I was curious to try this supplement because I liked the combo of CoQ10 with artichoke extract and probiotics. I find it convenient having several complementary ingredients in one product instead of dealing with multiple bottles. Once I try them for at least 30 days, I will write a better review, because it’s very difficult to do that right now.I just wanted to say that I am very impressed with the ingredients and the fact that there isn’t a bunch of added stuff. For my own useIt does not upset my stomach and can be easily taken with other pills in the morning to start off the day. I have only been taking the supplement for a little over a week now so this review will be mostly based on the supplement’s efficacy vs same type industry standards and its label claims.What’s to like about the supplement:* 100 mg CoQ10 is a reasonable and meaningful dose of energy.* No stimulant or caffeine. (A big plus for me personally)* Only three active ingredients no obnoxious long list of unknown ingredients.* The three probiotic strains are specifically identified as opposed to a generic “proprietary probiotic blend”.What holds it back form the last Star in the rating1. No CFU count for the probiotics.This is probably my biggest criticism. Probiotics are generally evaluated by the number of viable organisms (CFUs), not the milligrams of the blend. A 50-mg blend could theoretically contain a useful amount—or not depending on the actual CFUs.2. Artichoke extract isn’t standardized on the label.“250 mg artichoke extract” doesn’t tell us how much of the potentially active compounds are actually present. Unfortunately these days this should be straightforward and common sense but if it’s not standardized it’s not really quantifiable.3. CoQ10 is ubiquinone, not ubiquinol.That’s not necessarily bad. Ubiquinone is the traditional form and 100 mg is perfectly reasonable, although some people prefer ubiquinol because it may have better absorption.4. The cardiovascular claims are broader than the label evidence. This isn’t necessarily a negative as there are quite a few supplements that do just the same so it’s not uncommon to see overinflated claims on these bottles.The bottle says it supports a healthy heart and cholesterol balance. I’d view this as a supplement that may mode modestly support cardiovascular health, not something I’d expect to meaningfully lower cholesterol by itself so take these claims with a grain of salt and always consult your doctor before starting a new medication or supplement to see if it’s the best supplement for your body chemistry.The interesting part: CoQ10Of everything in this formula, CoQ10 at 100 mg is the most straightforwardly dosed ingredient.CoQ10 is involved in mitochondrial energy production and is particularly concentrated in tissues with high energy requirements, including the heart. The label’s “energy” claim therefore makes more sense to me than expecting the product to dramatically change cholesterol.Bottom lineIf your goal is general cardiovascular support, I’d call this a reasonable but not exceptional formula but there may be better formulas for your own body chemistry out there.

Like this formulation. More fillers than I prefer, but not enough to pose a problem. Don’t see artichoke extract used as frequently as I’d like to see it, so that is a plus. Has the wonderful CoQ10 that reading cardiologist Stephen Sinatra, MD, has made me appreciate over the years. They also have three probiotics that should be helping support the cardiovascular system. Hopefully by now the word is out that our gut health is a key to overall health and most definitely cardio health. Believe the product is fairly named for cardio support. Easy to take. Noted no negatives with use. Never hurts to talk to your doctor about a product. It is third-party tested and made in the USA so should be pluses for most. This is a pricier product, so believe it is worth letting people know there is some real research that makes this make sense for a supplement. From our good friend, Grok: “The combination targets complementary pathways relevant to cardiovascular and circulatory support: probiotics via intestinal bile acid deconjugation and cholesterol handling plus gut microbiota modulation; artichoke extract via hepatic synthesis inhibition and further bile/lipid effects; CoQ10 via mitochondrial energy support in cardiac tissue and protection against lipid oxidation. This aligns with the product’s positioning for heart health, circulation, and gut support in a once-daily routine.” You may want to dig into it more as there is more to be said.

I really like the convenience of this supplement. Instead of taking separate supplements for CoQ10, probiotics, and artichoke extract, CardioBiome puts them all into one capsule that you take once a day. That makes it easy to add to my morning routine without having a handful of different bottles sitting around.The formula includes CoQ10, three probiotic strains, and artichoke leaf extract standardized to 2.5% cynarin. I also appreciate that it doesn’t contain caffeine or stimulants, and the capsules are vegetarian and gluten free.The capsule is easy enough to swallow with a glass of water, and I like that the bottle contains exactly 30 capsules for a full month’s supply. Good Quality and possibilities, but!
They got this bottle of 30 capsules, a 30 day supply, to me safely and quickly. It was sealed well and it’s nicely advertised. They make it in a GMP Certified Facility and then it’s 3rd Party Tested for its purity and in the USA. This is one that time and real dedication will tell because, getting your blood tested will be the only real way to confirm it but, feeling better should come with it too, over time.Cons: The bottle doesn’t say anything about where they’re made, tested or anything about being GMP Certified. As I always say, if I didn’t know the product and was looking at it in a store, with all of it’s similar competition, I’d most certainly buy one that’s proud to show everything possible about its quality on the label, especially if it’s on the higher end price-wise, as this one seems to be. I think the company is good but, those are definitely deciding factors.
