A different type of joint supplement
My knee has been giving me periodic pain for the last year, so I’ve been looking for something to help relieve the pain and stop damage. Glucosamine is the usual supplement people think of for joint health and mobility, but it never seemed to do much for me. Collagen is really the only thing that has helped me. This supplement has collagen and eggshell membrane, as well as boswellia extract. It’s not something that will provide immediate relief, but work more in the background supporting joints. I’ve been taking it a little while, and it might be helping a little bit, but I’m also continuing to take my usual high dose collagen supplements as well, just using this joint complex for added benefit. I haven’t experienced any negative side effects from taking this. It’s pretty expensive for a 30 day supply, so I’m not sure it’s helping enough to want to make me take it long term. One little thing to note…the listing title states that this is 120 capsules for a 30 day supply. It is only 30 capsules. The serving size is 1 capsule.

Supportive everyday supplement for joint health.
I’m looking to extend the health of my joints and this supplement looked useful. I’ve taken it for a couple weeks now, so I’m half way through the bottle. I haven’t felt anything specific yet, but looking at the ingredients, this supplement is more of a supportive background chorus that could help over time rather than something that provides quick relief. If it works for me, the effects will be slow, subtle, and cumulative. Things I like are that each of the ingredients are branded and studied. These are high quality ingredients and they are dosed at a reasonable level, supported by literature. One month may be too short a time to be able to judge effectiveness. As to the physical properties of the capsules, they are a bit larger than many of my other supplements but they are still easy to take. The capsules are filled tightly and there were no leaking capsules or excess powder in the bottle. There were 30 capsules as stated in the description and each capsule weighs the same as the next, so these seem consistent. My concern is only the price. These cost more than $1.50 per pill. For something that takes a few months to see work, the price is too high for me to justify before knowing whether it helps. If you have the time and the extra money to spend, this may be a good supporting supplement for someone to have quietly working in the background.
