    Gloopy consistency, best for smoothies in a blender

    This review is entirely in regards to consistency. First day taking it so I can’t speak to the effects. I was hoping this would easily dissolve in water and that I didn’t have to use a blender, because I’m not much of a smoothie or health shake drinker. Though I appreciate that it has no taste and no gritty feel, it is gloopy and sticks to the bottom/sides of a shaker bottle, or ends up floating around in clumps after shaking. Kinda hard to get down unless you’re using a blender. Perfect for the smoothie peeps, not for me.
