The warning labels that come on these supplements are…scary. You’ll find that, if you research the ingredients, some of them can be dangerous for use over multiple weeks, and even the product itself warns that this is best used on an as-needed basis, so reading is definitely your friend here. If you listen to the label, it says 1-2 pills daily for about 15 days, and there are far more pills in the bottle than that.So we’ll try a quick one-weeker on these and see how I feel. There are quite a few fiber-providing foods in here and some natural laxatives, so from the organic perspective, these are likely a good bit better for you than a more chemical solution, but I think this is a product that should be approached with caution, especially for those with sensative stomachs.

I usually cleanse four times a year. I typically eat well and am in good health. I can tell it’s time for a cleanse when I feel sluggish or have brain fog.I followed to the instructions on the bottle’s back. I drank 8 ounces of water and 2 pills before going to bed. The following day, I had numerous BMs.I notice an increase in energy, sharper mental focus, and calmness after the cleanse.Start SLOWLY! When detoxing, less is always more. When beginning a cleanse, avoid going from 0 to 100 right away because I can assure you that you WILL overload your body. Before using a colon cleaner, start slowly and make dietary adjustments.With certainty, this herbal colon cleanse eliminates waste and bacteria from the body.

I’ve only given this product 3 stars as it doesn’t work for me….im unusual though in the fact that I’ve had long standing constipation which most things don’t work…unless I take a combination of things….i had no side effects though like a stomach ache or pain of any kind, so it’s safe to take..

This does a good job of helping to eliminate waste and detox the system, I only took one of the capsules and it went to work fast with bowel movement, no stomach issues and they are easy to take, they work. Good Product!
