Delicious Chocolate with a Brain Boost!
I wasn’t sure what to expect from a mushroom cocoa blend, but Shroom Riot blew me away. The chocolate flavor is rich and smooth no weird earthy taste and I actually feel more focused and alert after my morning cup. I mix it with almond milk and it’s creamy and comforting, like a healthier hot cocoa. Definitely going to reorder; this is my new daily ritual.

Not for me…
I was a bit sketched out by the taste of this, to be honest. I’m going to say it’s not for me, but that’s just my opinion.It was a bit too earthy for my liking. I know mushroom powders have a certain taste, but this one was stronger than I expected. The cocoa flavor doesn’t really cover it up as much as I hoped it would.I tried mixing it different ways – with milk, with water, with more or less powder – but I just couldn’t get past the flavor. It’s not terrible, it’s just not something I enjoy drinking.Maybe if you’re already used to mushroom supplements and don’t mind that earthy taste, you’d be fine with it. But if you’re new to this kind of thing and expecting it to taste like regular hot chocolate, you’re going to be disappointed.The concept is cool and I like the idea of getting all those mushrooms in one drink, but the taste just wasn’t for me. Wish I liked it more!

Blends well in hot chocolate. Still learning the benefits
This stuff is pretty good in my opinion. My preferred and only tested method of using it was with hot chocolate k-cups. I add about a tablespoon to my 2 k-cups worth of hot chocolate and mix it in. It blends very well and gives a nice added chocolate flavor. I don’t notice any more chunkiness than I might get with just the hot chocolate mix by itself. It’s soft and not lumpy. Based on my research the ingredients are not bad. I can’t say, however, that I’ve seen a big difference when using it. I want to keep giving it a shot but I got off my hot chocolate kick for a while. Now that our weather went from 70 to 20 overnight I may have to try it again! I need to do more research on the microdosing effects and what I should expect to feel and notice with it. I think it is a good value and worth a shot. I just can’t speak for mixing it with anything else since I do not drink coffee.

This is so good, and I hate mushrooms!!I have never been able to eat mushrooms because the texture and taste are awful to me.But this hot chocolate is amazing!It stirs in super well, and I find it tastier with my oatmilk.I have a hard time getting energy from anything, so I didn’t notice a huge difference after drinking this.After looking in the bag, my initial reaction was annoyed because it didn’t seem like alot. But once you start using it, you realize you dont need much and it is most likely 30 servings like advertised.I would say it is definitely worth the money.

My kids actually like it
This mushroom supplement hot chocolate is actually really good. My kids have been drinking it regularly without me even suggesting that they should. ( They are preteens ). It’s easy to mix up and has ingredients that I like, except for the sucralose. Well, I’m not sure about the xanthan gum either… But the mushrooms yes! The value for money is pretty good on the stuff too.
