Gives a boost of energy and helps a bit with cravings
The good things about the Shred cachets from Tradesman Nutrition Health are that they do give a boost of energy and there is a noticeable effect on my concentration. There is 100mg of caffeine per packet, which supplies a nice little pick me up after a workout. Some of the other supplements, like L-theanine, I was taking as a separate gummy for focus. I find that the powder dissolves easily in a shaker bottle after 30 seconds or so of vigorous shaking, and there wasn’t a gritty taste or clumps left over. The taste is very weak, however, unless you use a small amount of water (like 8 ounces). I tend to put this in a 16 ounce bottle and could barely taste anything. Honestly that doesn’t bother me as I’d rather have a mellow tasting supplement powder than one that tastes horrible. The price is higher than I would normally spend for this type of supplement, but the ingredients do seem to be decent quality.

Great for busy days!
The Shred Packets are really convenient and easy to mix, especially when you’re on the go. I like the boost in energy and focus without having to add a complicated step to my routine. The individual packets are perfect for throwing in a lunchbox or work bag. Definitely worth trying if you’re busy and want a convenient fix!

Easy to use and have given me an energy and focus boost!
I’ve been using these for about a week now. I have noticed an increase in sustained energy and focus. At first I was a bit shocked by the price of these, but when I compared to energy drinks, which most are over $4, this is a way less expensive way to get the benefits as this set comes with 60 packets. I have found I can split the pack into two servings, 1/2 a packet in the morning and 1/2 in the afternoon and the taste is still good for me. It has a orange/vanilla type flavor that I find very appealing. I’ve been trying to lose weight recently and I like these packets for their metabolism boost and they seem to suppress my appetite, but that could just be in my case. They are convenient to carry in my bag, I don’t like big containers of powder that I have to measure out and deal with. I like that they are sugar free as well.

Good Product
I’ve used Shred before and really like it as a pre workout. I enjoy it just as much as some of the big name brands I’ve tried, and the individual packets make it really convenient. Just grab one and go without having to measure anything.My only real complaint is the price. At around $80 for 60 individual packets, they are definitely not cheap. I like the product, but that’s a pretty significant cost for a pre workout, especially if you’re using it regularly. If the price comes down, I’d be much more likely to stock up.

Easy to Use and gives Turbo Mode
This comes as depicted and arrived well sealed. This is the two pack version of the Shred Packets and they are very easy to use. The powder mixes well without leaving a lot of grit behind, and the texture is good once mixed. The orange flavor is enjoyable and makes it easy to drink. I also like the ingredient profile and the convenience of having everything portioned into individual packets. It can give you a pretty good energy boost when you need it. The two pack is also convenient if you already know you like the product or want to keep more on hand. Value is good.Cons- No significant issues so far.Overall good flavor, texture and convenience.Rating: 4.5 of 5 stars

Not very credible product, with wildly inaccurate listing photos
Tradesman Nutrition Health is a relatively new/unknown brand for me.I’m a little bit (lot of bit) turned off by the generated photos and obvious errors in the listing, like “SHFRED is your eletar for reletntace progress”. I wish I had seen the horrendous product description photos before I had ordered… Nothing makes me lose confidence in a brand/product more than false advertising, and this is so bad it’s like they’re not even trying.The current, with coupon, price for this 2 box/60 stick set is $73.59 which is $1.22/drink. I’d say that’s average or even below average for a lot of popular drink mixes out there. I have one right now that’s sold as an “endurance fuel” and another that’s more pre-workout geared and they are $2.60/drink full price, and I can sometimes get them 40-50% for as low as $1.50ish a drink. It’s hard to compare because they all have a lot of different ingredients so it’s not a 1vs1 comparison.This one has a fairly mild flavor, which I prefer.Some of the ingredients are listed at underwhelming doses (like garcinia, what exactly is 50mg gonna do? That’s useless), while others like caffeine and synephrine can give you some heart troubles so I usually avoid that combo.The other stimulants listed (green tea, carnitine, theanine, etc.) are more what I look for in a general “energy booster” drink. I am dubious of the weight loss and appetite suppression claims. I will finish out these boxes, but I don’t think I will order them again.

Tasty, convenient, keeps me satisfied
I try not to comment on the claims made but rather to comment on the facts of what I experience after 7 days of use.The packaging and individual packs are really nice and quality. The powder is super fine and blends nicely in a shaker. The flavor can be regulated by how much water you add. I typically add around 11oz and that produces a nice flavor that’s not overwhelming. The flavor is supposed to be orange, and there’s a basic hint of that, but I sense coconut (even though that’s not an ingredient), orange, mango and tea. It’s nice.The mouth feel is slightly creamy… silky.When I take it on a full stomach I find that it clumps with food and makes me feel bloated and slightly gassy. On an empty stomach it has the right effect – filling and settled.I feel a good energy level and nutritional satisfaction. I’m not saying that it achieves the claims, just that I feel the effects that are stated – to increase energy (caffeine and tea product), hunger suppression.It’s a great mix of functional ingredients in a small and convenient package.
