Whyyyyy would they add citric acid to a caramel macchiato flavored gummy? These have an oddly tart aspect to them that doesn’t jibe with the coffee flavor…Lie to me and say they’re meant to taste like tamarind and I’m your girl, but don’t add citric acid to a coffee flavor.That said, I rather like these one I got past the initial shock to my taste buds. Theanine, lion’s mane, cordyceps and chaga with B6, rhodiola rosea and a probiotic are an awesome afternoon focus-booster. They’re only 10mg of caffeine per gummy, which isn’t enough to notice for me energy-wise, but with the mushrooms and theanine gives a nice little cognitive bump.I like Shizam supplements, and Ice used quite a few over the years to good effect. These had no side effects and are quite easy to take.The cost is a little high for the quantities of active components ($17.99 at the time I ordered for 30 servings), but I still liked them and the little brain-boost I got by using them.I may decide to order these again when I run out.

Excellent gummies
These gummies are pretty awesome. They taste good and have a nice texture which is more like the inside of a jelly bean.These come in a plastic jar that is well sealed at the rim and over the opening to prevent tampering and maintain product integrity. I lobe that these contain Lion’s mane, which my husband and I both find quite effective. The little caffeine boost is a nice extra. This is not one of those supplements that we have to take for months on end to feel results, which is extremely nice. We feel that we get benefits from day one with the Lion’s mane and caffeine. Some of the other ingredients may need longer for full benefit. A good value and recommended.

Taste is not my favorite
Taste is not my favorite. It has a hint of caramel macchiato as intended, but there is a very sour, almost lemon iced tea flavor that overpowers it all. I’m guessing it’s the citric acid another reviewer made note of. I wouldn’t get them again for this alone. Ingredient combination seems pretty good. It’s a nice mix of things for immune support, focus, and a little energy boost. I wouldn’t take it too close to bed though. I like that it’s made in a GMP certified location, but do wish I had more info about lab party testing and so on. Added probiotics are a nice touch. They don’t get stuck in your teeth, which is helpful. Price could be lower, but it’s not unreasonable. Packs a lot into a little gummy. Bears are cute.

Perfect for intense but relaxed focus.
Everything short of a real microdose in this lineup. Really useful for sitting with calm but intense focus. The 20 mg of caffeine is so nice if you want to do a little work after dinner and be ready still to relax by 9 or so. I can feel the theanine and have started noticing the focusing energy of lion’s mane a bit. I’m already kinda spacey so not sure if I need the cordyceps but no issue with it. The gummies are insanely tasty too. Sweet caramel coffee flavor indeed. Maybe not for everyone but I really like the taste of them. The jar was well-sealed. The label is very easy to read. No bad odors or flavors. They are effective for what they’re supposed to do. No side effects or digestive issues noticed. Firm gummy texture. Solid value for the effect and I can recommend them.

Nice Alternative To A Cup of Coffee
I have been trying these in the morning and have really liked the convenience of them. At 55, I still enjoy my coffee, but I do not always want another full cup later in the day. These give me a little boost without feeling like I am drinking another cup of coffee.The caramel macchiato flavor is actually pretty good for a gummy. There is a noticeable coffee flavor with a little sweetness, and I like that I can just grab two gummies and go instead of making something.I also like the combination of ingredients, especially the lion’s mane, cordyceps, L theanine and rhodiola. I cannot say I noticed some dramatic overnight change, but I do feel a little more alert and focused when I take them in the morning. The 20 mg of caffeine is also mild enough that I do not get that overly caffeinated feeling.For me, the biggest advantage is simply the convenience. No brewing, no carrying a coffee around and no bitter aftertaste. I have been keeping the bottle where I can see it in the morning and it has become an easy part of my routine.So far I am impressed with these and will probably keep using them. They are a good option if you want a mild daytime pick me up in a much more convenient form than coffee.

However, the taste was confusing because I definitely tasted citrus infused with the caramel flavor, and I didn’t know why until I read that citric acid was an ingredient. Perhaps they added the citric acid as a preservative, but the citrus taste kind of ruined what could have been a delicious tasting gummy.Taste aside, they are soft and easy to chew.
