Quality Shilajit at a good price
I’ve been hearing a lot of claims to benefits of using Shilajit, so I thought I’d give this a try and if I decide to reorder, the price is very reasonable. Right away, the packaging and design caught my eye, which is very aesthetically pleasing. The plastic barrier inside the lid does a good job keeping this sticky resin from getting where you don’t want it. As far as the resin itself goes I’ve heard people complain of unpleasant odor and taste from Shilajit resin but I found it to be very mild when diluted in warm water and almost unnoticeable in coffee. If anything I thought it had a taste and smell similar to soy sauce but far less powerful. In regard to the effects, so far there is little to report. I did notice a slight improvement in alertness and focus but very minor and could be placebo effect. I’ve only been using for about ten days so once it has had a chance to accumulate in my body I may experience more benefit. Some have complained that the resin can be a bit tedious to prepare but I just pour a few ounces of hot coffee in a mug and using the provided “stick” I meter out a dose and drop it in the mug and leave it there about five minutes while I go about my morning routine, after that I give it a little stir and add the mixture to my coffee tumbler and I’m good to go. I’m looking forward to more noticeable benefits so we’ll see what happens over the next couple weeks.

Pleasant flavor and aroma
The packaging was high quality and had a premium feel. I found the shilajit to have a much better flavor and smell than many others. The aroma is much more pleasant with a hint of sweetness to it. I feel that this is an excellent value and a high quality product. The wooden stick works for dosing but could be better and I doubt it will last the whole jar. I dont consider this a negative, I can provide my own and I dont need to pay for a metal serving spoon every time I buy shilajit. All in all I highly recommend this product!

Highly Questionable and Absolutely Disgusting
I’ve tried lots of shilajit brands. This is by FAR the worst and it’s not close. The seller can’t even provide proof of third party testing. Highly suspect and has an absolutely disgusting taste. This is coming from someone who enjoys the taste of every other brand I’ve tried. Totally unacceptable.

i’ve tried capsules and I have tried liquid extracts. I think I prefer this resin above all the rest. It has a very natural taste. Does it work? I’m not sure time will tell. I have found it. It dissolves best in hot coffee.
