How Sweet It Is ! 🍯
These honey sticks are super tasty, it is so easy to cut a packet open and eat it right from the packet. Or stir it in some hot tea. Mchokuu’s Shilajit Sticks give you a generous single serving of raw honey, a beautiful natural sweetener full of nutrients and antioxidants with 500 mg Himalayan Shilajit, 75.5% Fulvic Acid, and over 85 trace minerals. Shilajit is rich in fulvic acid which has potential immune and brain health benefits. Trace minerals are essential nutrients needed in small amounts for physiological functions Some of these minerals include: iron, magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, and phosphorus.I’ve been enjoying these once a day. These honey sticks kind of match or follow suit with my energy at both ends of the day. I have taken a honey stick in the morning and felt an energy and focus boost. And then I have taken one in the evening before bed and subsequently felt relaxed, calmed down, and sleepy. Honey can stimulate your blood sugar which ultimately makes you sleepy, and it also has tryptophan in it. Shilajit in the same regard, can possibly help reduce stress hormones and promote better sleep. I like how convenient these honey sticks are. I also like that I am potentially supporting my hormonal balance, energy levels, bone health, sleep, and stress management in such a sweet way.

Sweet and Gooey
These Shilajit Honey Sticks taste very sweet. The combination of shilajit, honey, and saffron make for an enjoyable flavor. I like to take one in the afternoon for extra energy. I need to get scissors to cut the tip of the stick open. I am always worried that I will make a mess but I am able to squeeze the content of the pouch in my mouth. This would work very well to fight a cold or sore throat. I feel a little energy boost after taking it and it feels soothing to my throat. Overall, I like it.

Not your grandma’s honey
The first thing you’ll notice about these is that the packaging is amazing in it’s design. Really high quality looking product. It’ll sit nicely on your kitchen counter for sure. Everything is in a nice looking cylinder and you raise the lid for individually wrapped honey “sticks” (really tubes.) I generally use scissors because they can get a little messy if you tare and try to squeeze the honey out. I imagine a slight amount stays in the tube no matter what you do, which is a little disappointing, but otherwise you get a good amount per serving. I’ve been putting mine in my tea and it’s enough to give it a little body and alter the taste. As far as the taste and smell and texture, it’s hard to say. This is not what I’ve known as “honey.” It’s not golden, but rather a dark wooden color that kind of tastes how it looks. I would never refer to it as sweet. It’s not a taste I’ve ever really known. It’s not bad, but it’s not “honey” if you’re used to the bear jar. The texture is super sticky and can get everywhere if you’re not careful.I also cannot say much about the effectiveness or what it does to my energy level. Certainly nothing i would say is noticeable, but I’m also not sure how I would you test it.Overall, I’ve enjoyed this product and certainly used all of it (mixing it in my tea) but I can’t say I’m convinced on its claims or enjoy the taste enough to purchase again. Which is unfortunate because it all looks great on my counter.

Honey sticks
Shilajit Honey Sticks comes with 30 packets of honey. Nice easy to tear packaging. Color is darker than most honey you buy in stores. I usually drink a cup of tea before bed and it goes very nicely with it. However, you could just eat it from the package. Doesn’t have a bad taste. Just not as sweet as honey you buy in stores. Honey has several health benefits from boosting energy, to immune support.

Works
Works. I had a disc replaced. It left me fixed yet other stuff stopped working and this has brought it back! My doctors don’t know why this works but I’m not about to argue or try and dispel it. I’m so glad I found this product.
