Well, I have to say that I’m super happy with Serra-125K serrapeptase. I bought it because after doing a lot of research, I found out that it helps to get rid of cysts in the breasts and fibroids, both of which I have. I don’t think I’ve been taking it for very long, but I’ve experienced other benefits that have made me very happy. Okay, TMI, but I’ve had a hemorrhoid for many years now and nothing has helped to get rid of it. I thought once you had one, it never really goes away. Well, since taking serrapeptase the darn thing is completely gone. Not only that, but my blood pressure has gone down. That was a miracle because I had recently stopped taking a prescription BP med because it gave me awful side effects. I’m seriously over the moon with this stuff and I’ve had no negative reactions from it. I can’t wait to see how it works on the fibroids. I did read that I should be taking mega-doses of serrapeptase to get rid of the fibroids, but I’m taking it slow and working my way up. It is not very expensive. i I’m willing to do it if I have to though. The Jury’s Still Out…
Well, the jury’s still out on this one. I read so many reviews extolling the amazing results people have had using Serrapeptase. I was very iptimistic about trying it out. I have Fibromyalgia, year-round sinus issues with excessive mucus production, and some skin problems, including arbitrary development of cysts and fatty tumors. I began taking the Serrapeptase as soon as I received it, as directed. I started with twice a day, thinking that this should be a good dosage amount given that this particular brand is 125,000 SPU — that would be 250,000 SPU per day. Based on everything I had read before purchasing, that is a fairly high daily dosage. To date, I have used 28 of 90 capsules; so I have been taking this product for almost 2 weeks. Honestly, I have not noticed much chang with anything thus far. No change with Fibro muscle pain; in fact, maybe MORE pain. Now, I think I did read that with some things like this, the condition would worsen before beginning to improve, as part of the process, so I am reserving judgement and giving it more time to see. I will say that it SEEMS like there has been some improvement with the sinuses, but it has been inconsistent, some days good, some not; some days the mucus has been much worse — again, that could be the whole process thing again. I don’t know. So I will continue on with this and see what happens. I will come back and update this review later, if possible.

Better than sinus surgery??
I bought this upon researching a lot of different products and reading many, many reviews, and I have to say, this product works extremely well. It never caused me any stomach discomfort, on either an empty or full stomach, but apparently that can happen. I’ve been taking this for about 2 months, and I’m not too sure it isn’t helping my injured knee as well, clearing out old cartilage that’s been floating around in there….I notice significantly less crunching noise when I crouch. In all fairness, I’ve also been taking Ancestral Supplements bovine tracheal cartilage, so it could be either one, or a combination of these two that are helping my knees. But I digress.The reason I began taking this was for my sinuses. I’ve combined this with nattokinase daily to reduce my chronic sinusitis, and whatever else has been going on in there for over 25 years. This has been a winning combination, and I highly recommend it. I added the nattokinase after reading a study that indicated this combination (nattokinase and serrapeptase) was more effective at getting rid of polyps and inflammation for chronic sinus issues than surgery. I’d have to agree. My nares don’t plug up the second my head hits the pillow anymore. As a matter of fact, I’m just getting over a cold, and my nose never once stopped up. It’s like my sinuses were before they got so screwed up so long ago. I’m glad I found this product. The nattokinase can, apparently, act as a bit of a blood thinner, but I never once noticed any increased bleeding or bruising when on it; just use caution if you are already on a blood thinner. The way my sinuses are right now, I’d take that risk any day of the week. It took a couple months, but my wife even says I hardly snore anymore. I’ve been losing weight as well, but this has been an integral part of better sleep at night for both of us.This is a high-quality supplement, with no stearates!

These work really well!
I had to use these for a couple of months to see a true difference. I began taking 40,000 SPU Serrapeptase in February and gradually worked my way up to 250,000 SPU’s three times daily(along with 4,000 FU Nattokinase for both cardiovascular health and to shrink fibroids). I switched from another brand to this one due to the higher potency per capsule. 2 months ago, I was still borderline hypertension and had a purple lace looking DVT pattern on my left leg. I just went to the doctor a few days ago, my blood pressure dropped from 142/100 to 124/80. The purple lace pattern on my leg is completely gone. I have never experienced any type of nausea as I am very diligent about taking these on a completely empty stomach(at least 30 minutes before eating or 2 hours after eating).There is one thing to note: DO NOT TAKE THESE WITH ANY OTHER TYPE OF BLOOD THINNER! These pills have a very effective blood thinning qualities. Some time last week, I hit my ankle on something but didn’t pay it any mind(I’m always hitting a toe, foot, ankle, or arm om something so I tend not to be surprised at random bruising on my body). I went into the kitchen where 2 other family members were talking. Suddenly, I noticed a lot of fresh, bright red blood pools all over the floor. I was alarmed, so I asked my family members if one of them had a cut. Well, they didn’t but then I look down at my ankle and see a tiny 1/4 inch wide slice on my ankle. The blood was dripping out of it very quickly. In the past, if I’ve ever gotten cuts or scrapes, the blood is dark and they clot/scab very quickly. Not this time. It took me 5 minutes to stop the bleeding and the blood was brighter than I’ve ever seen it. Once I am certain that my fibroids are gone, I plan to drop back down to 125,000 SPU Serrapeptase plus 2,000 FU Nattokinase 3x’s per day for cardiovascular maintenance.

I had suffered many pulls in my left hamstring back when I played football, and never took the time to properly rehab it. Which resulted in a massive amount of scar tissue developing the the leg and glute area. With all the additional stress in my muscles from the thickened fascia I began getting things like back problems, less mobility and strength, and just an overall decrease in my physical ability. I began taking my recovery more seriously and started looking into therapies and supplements that would help strip away scar tissue and regain mobility in my muscles. One day something just told me to do a simple search on “scar tissue” while on amazon and after scrolling for a bit to my delight I found serrapeptase. I’ve never in my life heard of it, but a lot of reviews were positive and insightful, as well as just the sheer amount of people that had something to say about it and it still has 4 1/2 stars. At this point I was desperate and would try anything to help me get back my full physical potential. Plus it wasn’t too badly priced. When they came in I read the instructions and immediately began taking them. I kept doing my usual routine of stretching, massage, and mobility work while taking them. I noticed I was having less pain and “tugs and pulls” on my muscles from the scar tissue. It legitimately felt like the tension was melting away, and I could the scar tissue was starting to dissolve and thin out. In fact, I could hear and feel it pop at times when I was stretching, and my muscles were able to get more properly aligned in the process. Meaning less pain, and better athletic performance. Hell yes. I’m almost done with my first bottle, and not fully recovered yet. But I can honestly say I think this product is making a difference in my health and recovery, and I’ll keep ordering these until I get to where I want to be. P.S. cleared my congestion and sinuses as well. Seasonal allergy sufferer!

Very effective for eliminating fibroids
I’ve been using this for over 6 months. I had 4 fibroids, the largest one being 10cm and 3 other being around 4cm. My last ultrasound at the obgyn showed that they had all reduced by 2cm.I need to add a few cautionary notes though.1. More is NOT better.I knew that this product might thin my blood a little but I got so excited when I started seeing results, I forgot and did not take any iron supplements. I paid for this dearly. So be sure to take iron supplements on a full stomach if you’re using this for uterine fibroids.2. Lots of discharge!When it started to work I noticed increased vaginal discharge and used panty shields. But it increased so much that I had to start using sanitary napkins every day to absorb the dollops of discharge to avoid it soaking through the back of my dress (so embarrassing)! It was so frequent and heavy that I thought it was blood, but every time I checked it was just clear discharge. So prepare for that.3. Observe your dosageAt 125,000 SPUs these pills are potent! Again, in my excitement I increased from one a day to 2 (in one dosage). Because I thought, if 1 works so well, 2 would work even better! Big mistake! When I took 2 (250,000 SPUs), I experienced pain that could only be described as having open surgery on my fibroids while fully awake! I kid you not. I felt like something was chomping away at the tumors. Not pleasant!I don’t know if it was because the largest one was so big (9.9cm), but for me I neglected to buy the 250,000 SPU strength in one tab because of this. On some days I might take two, preparing for the pain. But most days I only take one, once a day on an empty stomach in the morning. I wait a few hours before I eat. So slow and steady wins the race wit this one. I thought about separating dosages to twice a day, but I found that somehow it works best on an empty stomach.4. I lost body fat!I was absolutely surprised by that and actually did not notice that I had lost size until people started pointing it out to me. I was so focused on just getting rid of these damned tumors. I’ve lost fat on my back and hips, and my stomach has flattened significantly. Nice and unexpected benefit 🙂 Again, this is in conjunction with other things I’ve been doing, but to be honest, I’m not dieting. In fact, in the beginning I ate pizza and still do from time to time. Helped me with more than I originally bought it for.
I bought this the first time for sinus relief. But ended up with more benefits I did not know it helped. I had trouble with joint pain on all my fingers on both hands for years. After a few months on Serrapeptase, it went away (not the arthritis on my the base of my thumbs but all the other finger joints. Which is a miracle as I have had this problem for years. I had total knee replacement surgery on my right a couple of years ago, and my left knee started getting worse and my doctor wanted me to have knee replacement on this one, which I was hoping to avoid. My leg muscles on both legs were also weakened and had pain because of side effects from levothyroxine which I had been taking for Hypothyroid.
