I first wanna say that when we eat bad foods that taste good but we have the consequences show up negatively in our bodies. We don’t complain about that. Yes the tease is not desirable.I just wanna share my experience. I started taking the product. I am diabetic and have high blood pressure for now about 3 to 4 years. I take a Ozempic and synjardy xr, and two high blood pressure meds. I had issues with cravings for sugar and over eating all again within the last five years. I am also perimenopausal.I really had hopes that this product would help me with belly fat.When I got the product and started drinking it, I was expecting to taste to be a lot worse than what it was based on the descriptions from people it was not undrinkable. It does have a bitter taste. It doesn’t bother me though.After my first week of drinking the product, I can’t say I really saw anything, but I didn’t notice that there is a patch of fluid on my left leg down by my ankle that looks like a little sack that just swells, and it was very sore and sometime it would hurt. There are also times that it was swell really bad and even my right ankle might swell some and making just sore to the touch. I won’t say hurt because I don’t think that it was painful. And a truck driver so I drive long hours not as active as I should be so this just gives you an idea of who I am and as I continue what this product really did for me.By the second week people, I noticed a slight decrease of swelling on my left leg. I also noticed that the uncomfortable feeling of the swelling on my ankle was going away. By the second week, I had no cravings for sugar. My appetite had gotten to the point where I could eat one meal a day and it would just literally be too much for me. Let me go back and say that when I first got the product I took it as recommended. I took it after every meal or every time I ate a snack or a full meal and my appetite just got lower and lower the very first week by the second week I can barely do two meals a day and I’m not talking about large amounts. Works Well, But the Taste and Quantity Hold It Back
I purchased the Serene Herbs Soursop Bitters Liquid & Black Seed Bundle (Organic Herbal Guanabana for Digestive Support & Immune Health, 16 oz each).I’ll be honest—the taste is awful. It’s extremely bitter, and no matter how often I took it, the taste never improved and I never got used to it. That said, I do understand that bitters aren’t meant to taste good.Despite the taste, I did notice results very quickly. After the first day, my digestion improved, I was going to the bathroom regularly, and I felt noticeably less bloated. Because of that, I do believe the product works and has real benefits—for me, at least.My biggest drawback is the quantity for the price. A 16-oz bottle is simply not enough to truly test or benefit from the product long term, especially at this price point. It would have made more sense to offer a single 32-oz bottle instead. Because the bottles are small, you have to repurchase quickly to continue using them consistently.I’ve tried both bottles. I started with the Soursop Bitters, which I find slightly more tolerable in taste than the Black Seed liquid, which I just started and find much harder to drink. It’s helpful
Now that I have been taken it for a couple of weeks, I feel I can review. I like it and hate it at the same time. Taste is horrible. Keeping it in the fridge helps with the bitter taste. Taking it on an empty stomach every morning per bottle instructions is the worst part. I was sleepy for most of the day. That was very concerning for me. It did suppress my appetite and when I ate, you immediately have to go to the bathroom. Loose stools at that. When I changed and started taking it after the last meal of day, it helped some but did have gassy stomach pain by morning. Stool was mostly hard like I was constipated. I still only ate later in afternoon due to still having to go do the do after eating. Joint and back pains are little to none and I’ve lost 4 lbs. It’s not something I want to continue to take over a long period of time due to the side effects. Maybe 4x a year.

Tastes terrible, works amazingly well.
Ok lets get the elephant in the room out of they way. Yes this stuff tastes terrible. There’s ways to mask the taste but the bitter/awful taste is part of the magic. That awful taste is what jumpstarts the bile production in your liver and gets your gut juices flowing. I either mix it into a powder greens to slam in the morning or mix it with honey and lemon with hot water in the evening. The honey and lemon makes it more palatable. The first few days you will get some minor cramps and you’ll get some interesting poops. By day three your poops become more regular. I’ve been taking it for about 2 weeks and I notice that I don’t snack as much and I have more energy. Give it a try, go into it knowing that it tastes terrible but has excellent benefits.

Extremely Good Product
I have been taking soursop bitters and black seed bitters together for one week. Instead of the recommended dosage, I have been taking one tablespoon of each mixed with juice. Although the mixture is extremely bitter, I have noticed a positive difference so far.The most significant benefit has been an improvement in my bowel movements. Before taking the bitters, I did not have regular bowel movements. This stuff works! The taste is awful, but I guess that how you know it’s the real deal! It will have you on the toilet, and have your stomach flat in a couple weeks of consistent use!
