Not of fan of taking Senna.
I probably would not have bought this if I knew it had Senna in it b/c though Senna helps you go very effectively, it is not met to be used for more than 7 consecutive days. Taking laxatives for too long can cause your gut not to go on its own that is why I don’t like the Senna being in it. I use Senna for emergencies (not having a good bowel movement for more than 2-3 days).As far as taste, the bitter taste does not bother me b/c the end goal is more important. Plus I have had bitters prior so I am not shocked. The effectiveness of product, has me go w/in 6-12 hours of taking it. After 7 days taking this, I will stop for two weeks. Then take it for another 7 days. I am pissed. Sigh. Seems like my 3 month supply will be for 9 months to a year.

Overall, I’m happy with this bundle and would give it 4 out of 5 stars. The ingredients seem high quality, and I like the convenience of getting both the soursop bitters and black seed products together in one package.The biggest thing to know is that the flavor of the soursop bitters is definitely strong. If you’ve used herbal bitters before, this probably won’t surprise you, but it’s not something you’re taking for the taste. The flavor can be a little tough, though that’s pretty much what I expected going in.Other than the taste, I’ve been pleased with the product and would consider purchasing it again. If you’re comfortable with herbal supplements and understand that bitters are more about function than flavor, this bundle is worth a look. I definitely noticed the positive effects on my digestion and bloating but dont chug a ton and leave the house if you know what I mean…
