Full of good things, but…
They don’t taste good…and we all know how finicky our tastebuds/gag reflexes can be during pregnancy!! Also the price is way too high.

Only MTHFR choice I have found that is also chewable
Interesting situation. Only half the folic acid is methylated, but since having just one variant of the MTHFR gene absorbs half the unmethylated folic acid anyhow she is getting half of the half and then all of the other half and with her diet 600mg folic acid supplementation is definitely ok.Quality seems good, other amounts seem right. Chewable with awful taste is better than horse pills when having morning sickness in our experience. So this is a rare option that you can’t find elsewhere.

Delish shake it doesn’t even taste like your drinking Vitamins
This is a high quality prenatal supplement and I had no side effects. I also enjoy the option of drinking it in powder form in place of taking pills. I typically will make a morning shake for breakfast. I mix it with almond milk, avocado, kale, frozen blueberries, and chia seeds. If I’m out of avocado I swap it with half a banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter for the fat. It’s so delish.

Amazing ingredients, doesn’t taste great
I love knowing what is in these vitamins, but I will warn you, at least to my pregnant tastebuds, they don’t taste good at all. Just a warning if you’re really sensitive to that, but for me it’s worth not swallowing eight vitamins a day!

Great chewable prenatal option
Used this during my pregnancy and thought it helped with overall energy levels. I like that it’s chewable since I can’t swallow pills. Doesn’t taste amazing but not bad either

Eat each one in four bites
UPDATE***The fixed something and The flavor is not bad anymore! They also arent chalkie anymore and The smell and texture are both way better!***The taste is definitely weird, but I had read the reviews, so I was prepared for it. What I did was not put the whole one in my mouth at once—I ate it in four bites, with some water or food in between. I also had one at breakfast and the other at lunch (holding my breath a little bit, haha).I was mentally prepared for a bad flavor, and maybe my brain made it seem worse than it actually was? Haha. But I definitely prefer these over swallowing pills.Just don’t eat them by themselves—that might help!

Tasted gross. I’m not sure what I got, but it tasted and looked nothing like it should have.
I don’t think this is the true Seeking Health brand product. This was not the seeking health vitamin I have been taking. Unless they completely changed the profile of the product. It didnt look or taste like it should. I took these during my first pregnancy, and continued to with now second pregnancy. I bought some at a local health store that stocks them, an it tasted and looked exactly as it did with my first pregnancy. Then, I bought this one off Amazon. It tasted and looked totally different. It’s still round, but it’s smooth and yellow, where all previous ones I’ve taken, look like a bunch of vitamins blended together. This one also tastes really acidic, that’s the only way I can describe it. I took one, tried to get through it, and spit it out. It tasted absolutely awful. I never took another from that bottle. I wish I could return it, but i’m just past the return date. I’m going to get my next bottle at the local health store after they restock. I talked to the owner there about this, and she said this brand has to be bought through authorized channels to know you are getting the true brand. I believe it because this was nothing like the ones i’ve had in the past and I’m very disappointed in it. Be careful if you buy this off Amazon. If it tastes awful, you may not be getting the real deal.

Seeking Health is a research-backed, no fake marketing brand you can trust. I can’t speak to the quality of the orders on Amazon. I haven’t had any issues so far. Just buy directly from their Seeking Health website to avoid quality issues. These chewables are tasty! Me and my spouse both take it and look forward to it everyday.
