I have used a few of seeds products and I really like their multi vitamin and their 30 day gut reset. This is the only melatonin that doesn’t make my skin crawl and I have repurchased a few times.Since I have been taking a glp and in peri my diet and GI have been all over the place. Their 30 day gut reset was very helpful, but a little strong to do all the time. This is the perfect happy medium between a more intense gut reset and keeping a daily balance with vitamins in a single one stop routine.They have a lot of marketing and unique packaging- but they also have a very good product. This is double lined capsule which theoretically helps the ingredients make into the gut before being dissolved/ destroyed. This does not upset the stomach and in about 1 week you might start feeling a little better. In 2 weeks you might notice you’re a little more regular/ less bloated. At a month you will be feeling pretty good and pretty regular… they really have a good system here.

I have been taking Seed Daily Synbiotic for 10 months now and I remember noticing benefits as soon as a week after my first dose. Our gut microbiome controls digestion, regulates 70% to 80% of immune function, and produces up to 90% of the body’s serotonin so when its out of whack many issues arise. I had tried everything to improve my gut health and nothing was working. I had consistent loose stool, constant exhaustion, bloating, mood swings, irritability, a faint rash covering my chest and arms and I was just feeling blue most of the time. The more research I did the more I linked all of these issues to an imbalance in my gut microbiome. I tried different diets, started replacing my coffee with grass fed bone broth, stopped drinking alcohol, cut out gluten, ate so many different fermented foods and nothing worked until I started taking Seed Synbiotic. A week after taking 2 capsules every morning I began having consistent, solid stools every morning, which was enough for me to be over the moon. After about a month the red patchiness of my skin began to disappear and a few months in I began to notice a significant difference in my mood. My absolute favorite part is that after consistently taking Seed Synbiotic for almost a year I can drink my coffee, have a drink, and eat a cheese steak in peace without feeling like I can’t get out of bed the following day or having terrible diarrhea. I enjoyed the unboxing experience even if it’s just vitamin pills. Wow talk about package appeal. It was beautifully wrapped and the bottles are actually made of glass so it is reusable, kind of like what they use for candles. So one of the bottle is specifically for gut health. Can’t you how important gut health is and this is one trusted brand I highly recommend using. It sounds like a non-fiber prebiotic blend that is far superior than drug store bought filler prebiotic pills. It’s supposed to have no side effects like without the uncomfortable bloating or gaseous feeling. I’m typically not sensitive to that but I’d rather be using something clean like Seed. I’m thoroughly impressed!The highlight of these pills are the design as well. It’s a proprietary pill delivery system tech that is patented to fully deliver the contents to your colon. Apparently our stomach acid usually burns off almost everything before it reaches down there. So this capsule has a longer survivability to delivery past the acid. I’m learning so much about things I’ve never thought of before as I had been intrigued by this brand. Recommended to take two capsules a day, no refrigeration needed. I haven’t taken it for long and it’s only a 30 day supply. Expensive but I have a gut feeling that it’s going to be life changing.

I’ve been taking both the Seed DS-01 probiotic and DM-02 multivitamin, and my experience with the two has been very different.The probiotic is excellent and I recommend it 100%. I’ve tried many probiotics over the years, and Seed is by far the best I’ve used. I’m really impressed with the variety of strains and the quality of the ingredients. Most importantly, the effectiveness has been noticeable for me. It has helped significantly with bloating, gas, abdominal discomfort, and bowel regularity. The digestibility is also great, and I haven’t experienced any negative side effects from taking it. There’s no unpleasant taste or aftertaste either. It is expensive, but considering how well it works for me, I don’t mind paying the premium. For the probiotic, the value for money is there.Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the multivitamin. I like the ingredient forms and appreciate that it provides reasonable amounts rather than megadosing everything, but I haven’t noticed any major difference in how I feel since taking it. Some of the additional ingredients sound impressive, but several are grouped into blends without individual amounts listed, which makes it difficult to know how much you’re actually getting. Considering the price, I expected more.Overall, I would absolutely continue purchasing the Seed probiotic and happily recommend it. The multivitamin is a decent formula, but based on my experience, I don’t think its effectiveness or value for money justifies the premium price.
