Been so curious about this sea moss trend. Wasn’t so sure about a gobbly goop on my first try, so when I saw these advertised I was heck yea, sign me up. The taste amazing! I do feel like I have more energy during the day n it’s not from coffee. I only drink one cup a day. I feel differences in my belly. Good differences. Guess you could call it Happy Belly. I’ve not had any side effects except for those I expected and was hoping for. I deal with GERD and I think this has even helped the stomach acidity. Easy to pop in your mouth and chew something that is so good for you. I NEED MORE. lol. I won’t share with my family. Mine.

These sea moss gummies provide a lot of benefits and have a comprehensive ingredient list. It not only provides sea moss, but also includes ashwagandha, elderberry, and apple cider vinegar, which I’ve taken separately before, so it’s really nice for them all to be combined here. Since starting them, I noticed a steady boost in my daily energy levels and my digestion feels much more balanced. It’s a great way to keep up my immune system too in this easy to take gummy. For me the only hesitation is the flavor, which is a bit too sharp and tart for me to love, and it lingers a little after chewing. However, the texture is perfect, they don’t stick to your teeth, and the results are noticeable. Overall, other than the tangy flavor, this is high-quality supplement that works.

I like the supplement ingredients of these gummies, but the flavor and texture left a little something to be desired. These are dyed bright green with a very synthetic green apple flavor. The texture is a little tougher and chewier than I like, and gave the impression they were a little stale.While I have heard great things about the health benefits of sea moss, I am not convinced this is the best form factor to reap those benefits. It would seem that adding the actual sea moss gel to beverages and smoothies is the best way to get all the nutrients it has to offer.Because of the weird flavor/texture, I have discontinued use of these gummies and wouldn’t order again.
