good supplement
Arrived on time. I love herbal supplements. I especially love black seed oil and ashwagandha. To find them together and with burdock root and a bunch more, I am so excited to see how I feel in a few months. This is a perfect supplement. I haven’t been on it long, but already have an increase in energy. I am in my early 70’s and need all the energy I can get. Black seed oil is almost the perfect supplement and with all of the others I can’t wait to see what I will be feeling in six months. I will update on my progress.

I got these SEA Moss Black Seed Oil Ashwagandha Ginger 16-in-1 Formula capsules for my wife to try out and so far she hasn’t had any adverse reactions after a week but says they have allowed her to cut back on other supplements since they contain so many things packed into one capsule (“Vitamin C & D3, Sea Moss, Black Seed, Burdock, Bladderwrack, Ashwagandha, Ginger, Turmeric, Black Pepper, and 6 extracts from the Mineral Blend”). The capsules are of medium, typical size and she had no issue taking the one capsule per day for the past week just using water after she’d have her breakfast. The capsule is easy to swallow with water and didn’t leave her with any aftertaste so that’s a plus.The bottle comes with 150 capsules with a serving size of one per day making this roughly a 5 month supply for one person and an excellent value based on its price. All in all she is happy with this supplement, likes that they are manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in the USA and would get again.
