Saw palmetto paired with zinc oxide, sodium selenite, pumpkin seed oil, rye pollen, lycopene powder, nettle root extract, beeswax and soy lecithin. Small to medium sized gel capsules, easy to swallow. I’ve had no stomach upset or unpleasant side effects. Not sure if they have made a noticeable impact.
