Too Much Without Enough
I like a compound supplement, as it usually allows me to enjoy the ingredients that I want with less ingestion. This product has a nice variety of complimentary items in it, but the taste is terrible to me. The bottle indicates that you should mix it into a drink like tea or juice, but it has to be palatable for me before I mix it into something else. This one just misses the mark for my taste.My D3 supplements usually have a citrus flavor to them, and it makes them more tolerable. This does not. Overall, I thought it was a good idea with poor execution. I don’t like the flavor.

This helped me relieve inflammation from a very serious autoimmune condition
People can use herbs for different things, and I know this supplement’s listing says that it supports “Heart Health, Immunity, Mobility & Energy,” but those are generic terms. I took one look at the ingredients list, and saw a few different anti-inflammatory herbs listed, which would help me because I have an autoimmune condition that can give me really bad days or even send me to the hospital if I don’t keep the inflammation down. Today was a good day to test this supplement because it’s one of my “bad days.” Unfortunately, I ate something that can cause inflammation for breakfast, and started to feel very ill, as in physical work around the house was out of the question if I didn’t control the inflammation with herbal teas or supplements, whatever I had in my cupboard. So I tried this first, just to see whether it worked for me by itself, without the help of turmeric/ginger tea or whatever. In just a few minutes, I started to feel better, though I went back and forth with feeling just a touch ill then suddenly feeling a lot better, then normal, then a little worse, then great, and so on. I think it worked better than individual teas, and I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’ve tried one of these herbs in the past that supposedly helps my condition a lot — berberine — and that disagreed with me so much that I haven’t taken it since. Perhaps berberine is bothering me a bit, even in the small proportion found in this blend, or it could be that my bad symptoms are able to break through a bit here and there. Either way, this supplement is definitely faster at relieving my symptoms than the usual herbal teas and foods I would have tried, and on a day like today, there’s no guarantee that anything I had in the house would be strong enough. I’m tempted to take a 2nd dose as I’m feeling so much better, but I’ll stick to the instructions on the bottle. I’m grateful to have found such an effective supplement for my condition.
