    Liquid Vitamin Mix

    So far I’m unsure if this is effective in anyway. I need to use it for a longer period of time and report back any positive or negative effects. I can report one finding however, it tasted incredibly unpleasant. Sort of harsh and peppery. I can’t stand the taste of it, so taking it becomes a chore. I find taking the 2 droppers and putting them in a glass of water is a more palatable way to drink the vitamin tincture.

    This is one of those supplements that promises to support general health and well-being, without being too specific. But those of us who are into this sort of thing recognize the ingredients as among those often touted for their anti-aging benefits. That’s why I was personally interested in trying it.NMNH is the exciting new kid on the block for boosting NAD+ levels. NAD+ refers to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme involved in cellular energy production, DNA repair and metabolic processes. Unfortunately, our bodies’ production of NAD+ declines with age.NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide), a derivative of vitamin B3 (niacin), acts to boost NAD+. NMNH is a form of NMN, the H standing for an additional hydrogen atom. I don’t pretend to understand the science, but from what I’ve read, NMNH acts as a super-charged NAD+ precursor. Some research suggests it may boost NAD+ levels up to 10 times higher than plain NMN does.I would term these drops as being like a wellness party in a bottle. In addition to NMNH, it has Quercetin, Trans-Resveratrol, Vitamin D3, and K2, which are all often included in anti-aging compounds; at the very least they have good evidence that they can boost energy and keep one’s immune system on point. Quercetin and Resveratrol in particular are antioxidant rockstars.Then you’ve got Turmeric and Bromelain that can help fight inflammation, while Rhodiola Rosea and Red Panax Ginseng are helpful in maintaining focus, lifting mood, and providing stamina. Astragalus is a well-known adaptogen that supports immunity. Black pepper’s there, I’m sure, to help the body absorb the other ingredients more efficiently. Please note that the maker of this supplement is not necessarily claiming these things, they are simply based on what I’ve learned through my own research.The way I use this liquid is to put some drops under my tongue and hold for half a minute before swallowing. The taste is neither great nor terrible. The bottle is supposed to provide a full month’s supply of liquid.As with most health supplements, it’s hard to identify noticeable benefits or effects (good or bad), including in this case when I’ve only been taking the drops for a few days. I am giving 5 stars for the thoughtful combination of ingredients and the ease of taking them as a liquid.

    I honestly wasn’t expecting a huge deal when I made this purchased so when I used it twice a day and found out wothin only 5 days that my deep set wrinkles had smoothed out in this short time ..it took me back! I actually thought it was NMN vitamins drops that you orally take. But even BETTER. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE THIS PRODUCT MADE “NO JOKE” , in such a short time. I’m hooked and now I purchased one for my daughter and I absolutely cannot make this up … it’s hands down the best product by far and it was a mistake.!!     Great ingredients, milligrams, and bang for your buck!

    I’ve tried quite a lot of these kind of supplements with different variations on the main ingredients and then some additions here and there.I have to say that ingredients wise this is probably one of my favorites I’ve come across so far because besides just the usual claims of the anti-aging type ingredients or boost of energy and metabolism, they’ve also added vitamin D3 and K2 which are really wonderful and essential vitamins, but do be careful on loading up with these and that you’re not also taking other vitamins that have the same ingredients.With that being said, I do really like the amounts per milligram and that they don’t seem to be skimping on any of these because all the most important ingredients are at least 200 mg and up per serving. And a serving size is only 0.5 mL which is essentially half of a dropper instead of usually needing a full dropper. That’s much more than you get with most of these kind of supplements with the liquid droppers.I’m already impressed with that and I’m feeling quite fine just being through half of the bottle so far so I feel safe in saying that I would certainly recommend trying this specific formulation if you’ve been looking around. Because especially for the price, this is a good bang for your buck so to speak. And it may work really great for some people!I do hope this review is helpful and you have a wonderful day!

    Made me wired. Too strong for me

    My personal experience of these drops is that they make me wired. I took I.5ml in the early evening and I was awake every 30 minutes, all the way to morning. In that time I looked up the difference in more detail between NMH and NMNH and found there‘s a difference. I thought they were the same. I’ve been taking NMH to increase my NAD levels and have had good experience with that.The rest of the ingredients sound great. I was attracted to the supplement because of the thoughtful curation of herbs I know and like: Trans.Resveratrol, Querticin, K2 and K3, turmeric, rhodiola rosea, astralagus, ginseng and pepper. What’s not to like? I’ve taken them all before. I know that astralagus has made me tired in the past and thought I would take this supplement late afternoon, but if I were to ever take it again, I would only try in the early morning.The other question mark about this supplement is the extraction medium and process. In the ingredients it lists: “Vegetable, purified water”Vegetable what? It’s not glycerin because it’s not sweet. It tastes like water. Whenever I’ve tried liquid drops I haven’t had a good experience. My experience is that they’re really strong.
