Good Ingredients
The ingredients in the Satoomi Turmeric Curcumin 6 in 1 capsules look good. Turmeric Curcumin Root, Turmeric Curcumin Root Extract, Ginger Root, Garlic Bulb, Rosemary Leaf and Black Pepper. They are dark yellow and smell like garlic so they seem like a good quality supplement. I like that they are third party lab-tested, sourced from a certified facility, vegan and non-GMO. They are made in India and manufactured in Delaware. It is a three-month supply at 1 capsule a day. As far as the dosage of each ingredient, they seem low, but perhaps that is because it is a blend of 6. Best to do research to learn if this is a good one for you.

This is Turmeric and Curcumin Supplement from Satoomi brand. This is a great supplement. You get both turmeric extract and turmeric powder plus rosemary, garlic, ginger, and black pepper–in an easy to swallow capsule. You only need 1 capsule per day so the bottle will last 3 months. I like that his is made in the USA in an FDA compliant facility. This is a great way to get your turmeric!

Turmeric / Curcumin has been my go to main supplement for years now because of all the documented health benefits there for anyone to research. And as far as I am aware it is also the most researched natural supplement that shows no negative side effects in taking at any reasonable quantities. Here you have this great health supplement along with some other pretty beneficial companions. The icing on the cake is that the product is 3rd party tested for quality which many products of this type on Amazon are not. All good.
