Good stuff! Lots of beneficial mushrooms!

I’ve been taking mushroom supplements for some time now to know that the benefits they offer work for me and help me on the daily. I will not go into detail on every single mushroom and what they do and what their benefits are I will leave that up to you or your healthcare professional to help you out. These capsules come with the blend of all the mushrooms listed on the label obviously. This product is of good quality and also originates from India. I can’t stress on our actual good of quality. This is the supplements are easy to take, and do not leave any kind of aftertaste. We’re all there a good value for the combination of mushroom supplements that you get within this product. Totally recommend.

    Awesome mushroom blend

When you can pack full dosage of a bunch of helpful supplements into one pill, that’s always a bonus for me. I take a lot of supplements, and less pills helps make that less of a chore. No bad side effects for me. I’m used to taking mushrooms, so no real drastic changes from switching. I usually like to see my supplements coming from the US. These are made in India. To me, at least it’s a step up from China. Great option for packing lots of helpful mushrooms in a single source.

Excellent Supplement for Attention and Focus

I’ve only heard great things about Mushroom Complex Supplements so when I saw the Satoomi 10-in-1 Lions Mane Supplement Complex I figured I’d give it a go. The blend of Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi, and Turkey Tail is supposed to activate your brain. This leads me to take them in the morning when I wake up and I have to say the difference between me taking them and forgetting them on some mornings can be like night and day – until I naturally wake up fully early to mid-afternoon. These seriously help me with focus and attention early in the day.Overall, if you’re looking for something to aid in memory and focus, I’d definitely direct your attention to this awesome supplement from Satoomi.

Seems like a quality brand but I don’t trust the smell & taste of the powder

First off, rating supplements is a bit subjective and difficult – they are usually taken for prevention or long-term benefits which are hard to measure without a clinical study. So I try to evaluate in other ways.TL;DR – the powder inside the capsule does not smell/taste like mushrooms to me.—————–For years I’ve been interested in functional mushrooms – those thought to have benefits beyond just their food value, such as inflammation, cognitive improvement, energy, etc. I’ve grown, dried and ground mushrooms for my own consumption, so I am familiar with it.I ordered this Satoomi Mushroom Complex because the ingredient list includes functional mushrooms: Lion’s Mane, Coydyceps, Turkey Tail, Reishi, and Chaga. Some of the other mushrooms listed I consider just nutritional ingredients. For supplements, I can only go by the look/smell/taste. Beyond that, I tend to be skeptical about label claims if I cannot confirm the claims in other ways, such as a website or the Amazon Seller’s page.CONS:——-Despite other positive qualities about this product that I list below, the look/smell/taste of this product is where I run into a problem and it makes me not want to ingest it.LOOK. I have opened numerous mushroom capsules to compare them to the powders I have long purchased from well-known suppliers at full price. It’s usually tan or light brown. This powder is unusually fine and the rusty color of cinnamon.SMELL. I expected the familiar earthy smell of mushroom powder but instead it smells strongly of medicinal herbs, such as those I’ve taken from an acupuncturist or ayurvedic practitioner.TASTE. It tastes extremely bitter and sour unlike any mushroom powder I’ve tasted before. I only tasted a dab on the end of my little finger, but it took quite a while to get the taste out of my mouth.PROS:——-COMPANY. This seller has both a website and seller’s page and they are well done. Satoomi.com has a separate section for both the US and Australia markets. Along with a large offering of products, this implies they are a large company and not a fly-by-night operator. Their Amazon product page is also impressive and shows they specialize in nutritional supplements and know what they are doing.LABEL CLAIMS. The product label, website and seller store page display icons that imply it is GMP Certified, Lab Tested, Non-GMO and registered with the FDA. There’s no way to easily confirm any of this but I don’t see any red flags that make me question this as I find on some other sellers.WEIGHT. I opened a capsule and weighed the contents, confirming that it does contain (roughly) the 0.5grams each capsule should contain.ORIGIN. The bottle says Made In India.TAKEAWAY: Although the Pros are positive, this is something that I’m ingesting and it’s not what I expected once I examined the powder.

    More fungus among us…

Upon my this encounter with the Satoomi 10-in-1 Lions Mane Supplement Complex, I was struck by its meticulous attention to safety. The product was ensconced in a dual embrace of security: an outer shrink-wrap and a tamper-evident seal beneath the cap, both steadfast guardians of its integrity. Additionally, the batch and expiry information, clear and present, imbued my initial impressions with a reassuring sense of diligence. The label, a proclamation of its contents, revealed each serving held 200mg of Lions Mane Mushroom, an ingredient of commonplace measure. Yet, the true allure lay in the assembly of its other constituents, each a concentrated distillation of nature’s essence, from Reishi to Turkey Tail, each in a potent 10:1 ratio. The claim of vegan purity, though appealing, proved elusive under scrutiny. The capsules, crafted from cellulose, spoke in whispers of their plant-based origins, yet verifiable confirmation danced just out of reach, a wraith in the mists of uncertainty. The Quest for VeracityProducts that boast of lab testing should, in good faith, illuminate the details of such scrutiny. Alas, here too, shadows prevailed. The absence of published results or specific metrics rendered these claims as insubstantial as dreams, their substance lost in the void of ambiguity. The capsules themselves, unassuming in size, bore neither offensive odor nor flavor. They were, in this, unremarkable phantoms, slipping silently into the routine of ingestion without protest or applause. The Enigma of ProvenanceYet, as I delved deeper, a disquieting duality emerged. The address on the label pointed to a spectral office in Delaware, a mere chimera of corporate presence. Meanwhile, the Amazon page revealed a Vietnamese origin, the business name and address nestled in the bustling heart of Ho Chi Minh City. This bifurcation of identity cast a pall over the product, a dance of shadows that obscured the truth of its manufacture.Where, indeed, does this supplement draw its breath? In the ephemeral corridors of Delaware or the vibrant streets of Vietnam? This enigma gnawed at my trust, a relentless specter of doubt.ConclusionIn the final reckoning, the hope that more transparent information would emerge with the product’s arrival was dashed upon the rocks of reality. The veil of obscurity surrounding the company’s claims, the labyrinthine search for truth, all culminated in a void of mistrust. Thus, with a heavy heart and a mind laden with unanswered questions, I consign this product to the realm of one-star reviews. Trust, that fragile and elusive specter, is the bedrock upon which the edifice of health must stand. In its absence, even the most promising formulations crumble into dust.”History, Stephen said, is a nightmare from which I am trying to awake.” – James Joyce, UlyssesThis review stands as my honest and true opinion, forged in the crucible of personal experience and diligent research. Let it serve as a reminder that in our quest for well-being, the light of truth must always be our guide.

    Neutral results

I’ve taken mushroom supplements on and off for years and I never notice much improvement in expected markers. This brand doesn’t seem to use any fillers in the capsule which is awesome. It also doesn’t hurt my stomach so really no negative experiences.
