Looks like a fantastic supplement!This company has been around, nationwide since 2020. They have a great website and contact information.When reviewing supplements, due to lack of FDA oversight and the fact that these will be ingested, I look for transparency and other variables that help me have confidence in the product. Luckily Amazon has tightened their requirements, making falsely advertised certifications less possible. I usually take a biotin supplement with collagen and keratin, so I thought I’d give these a try.I like that the capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste, which makes them easy to take every day. The bottle contains a 30-day supply, so I think it’s a good value.After finishing the entire bottle, I noticed my hair seems to be growing faster, and my nails also appear to grow more quickly.
