First, let me say I have G.I. issues. I’ve had them for years and seen many doctors and still seeing them. Some products work for me others don’t. Unfortunately this product did not work with my body chemistry well. However, it did not give me any adverse side effects that were not tolerable. It only gave me slight heartburn. I will pass this on to a family member to see if it works for them.
