Blend of 5 adaptogens
This is a great adaptogen blend. Each 2 capsule serving contains:300mg KSM-66 ashwagandha, 300mg Bacognize bacopa extract, 300mg eleuthero extract, 200mg schisandra extract, and 150mg rhodiola extract.I really like that it uses KSM-66 and Bacognize, both of which are clinically studied ingredients. The 300mg dosage is excellent and the same amount used in research, though KSM-66 is usually dosed at 600mg per day total.The rhodiola and eleuthero dosages are also good. It’s a great supplement for energy and stress reduction, though it’s definitely a “kitchen sink” formulation. Traditionally adaptogens are not blended together like this, and I think it makes more sense to use 1 or 2 at a time, rather than 5 at once like this product.Still, it’s a great formulation and the extracts are very high quality. If you want an adaptogen stack, this is probably the best combination adaptogen supplement I’ve come across.

Good Enough so Far
Supplements are slow to produce results. So, I can’t rate the most important thing, yet.I don’t like the fact that these contain stearic acid (in the form of magnesium stearate). But not enough to not get them.There were some ingredients I was not previously familiar with I researched the active ingredients (excluding advertising claims, which are always positive). I found only positive results, consisting of testimonials (never guaranteed to be objective), but most importantly, some reputable studies (e.g. NIH).I am optimistic. Time will tell about results.

My husband has been taking this and says he is experiencing increased focus and mental clarity while working, words come more easily when he’s doing a presentation.I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is not particularly affordable…

Good superfood mix
This looks to be a good choice for this supplement. It’s an interesting “superfood” supplement which is somewhere between being a medicinal pill supplement and just being healthy ingredients from food. It looks to me to have some nice potential benefits though and it should be pretty low risk to try. As far as supplements go, I’m not seeing much potential downside to trying this one. Even if it doesn’t have an immediate positive effect, it’s at least worth the try and not going to hurt anything.This is a trustworthy brand that I’ve had other products from and I can trust that it contains the right ingredients that it says it should and that everything has been tested and vetted properly.The container comes with safety seals intact and everything inside is secure. Recommended overall.

Personally, I noticed a slight improvement.
I am not sure about the effectiveness for everyone, but for me, I noticed a slight positive difference. The most important thing was that I did not suffer a negative side effects either. That being said, I am one person and my results may not be typical. I can say that taking the capsules were easy with no issues. Overall, I have not reason to not recommend this especially if you know the ingredients will serve you well.

I’ve been using SaltWrap Adaptogen Greens for a few weeks now, and honestly, I’m impressed. I got it because I was looking for something to help with focus and mental energy without caffeine, and this really fits the bill. The Bacognize (which I had to look up—turns out it’s a clinically backed form of bacopa) seems to make a difference. I’ve noticed I’m more clear-headed in the mornings and don’t get as mentally “foggy” in the afternoons like I used to.One thing I really like is that there’s no caffeine. I’m pretty sensitive to it, and most “focus” or “brain” supplements load up on stimulants. This one keeps me sharp without making me jittery or messing with my sleep. It also doesn’t give me that crashy feeling later on.The only downside is I wish the label listed everything in the formula. They highlight the Bacognize, but I’d like to see the full breakdown of all the greens and adaptogens. Also, there aren’t a ton of reviews out there yet, so I felt like I was taking a bit of a gamble—but I’m glad I did. It’s become part of my daily routine now, and I’ll definitely be reordering.
