I think this is a quality product. The directions are simple and easy to use daily. I do not see a significant mood or energy level boost, but it did curve my appetite a bit. I think the quantity you get for your money is a great value and with persistent use, the benefits could become more noticeable.

The calm that I needed
This really helps my anxiety! I stay calm and even despite two toddlers and a 7 yr old. The capsules are easy to take! No aftertaste! The effectiveness seems to kick in within an hour.
