Good option for prostate health
I’m trying to give an accurate review for this product but I honestly haven’t been using it long enough to notice a lot of impact. I’m 59 and starting to experience the effect of some prostate issues. I’ve been taking the recommended dosage of 2 capsules per day for the last week. One thing I’ve noticed is that it seems I’ve slept a little longer between restroom trips. The capsules are glossy, small, and relatively easy to swallow even though there are 2 in each dose. I haven’t noticed any negative effects so far but I will need to update this review in a month or so.

Pricey but the blend is worth it
I have been taking prostate support supplements for a while now and saw palmetto plus pumpkin seed has always worked well for me so I was happy to see this formula also includes some other prostate support ingredients. The combination feels more complete than some of the single ingredient bottles I have tried in the past. It is definitely on the pricier side for a monthly supply and I wish the bottle had a few more capsules in it but I have noticed my urinary frequency has eased up since I started taking these. I cannot say for sure it is all from this one product but things have been more consistent and that is what matters to me. For guys who are serious about keeping their prostate health in check I think this is a good option just be ready to pay a little extra for this better blend.

Very happy I tried it
I am humbly admitting that I am grateful for this supplement. At 30 years old I felt much too young for this when my wife brought it to me. It’s never the wrong time to support your body and the things is needs to run smoothly every day.There is no taste or smell that I have noticed with this supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and take on a daily basis. I also have not experienced any adverse side effects while taking it, either. It has definitely helped my body get back on track in terms of healthy urinary function. I can’t say I’m sleeping any better with these, but my sleep quality is certainly not worse. The improvement to my urinary functions and health is overall the main goal of this, and I am happy with the result. No noticeable effect personally
These prostate wellness support supplements are decent but I personally did not notice much of a difference from taking them. I am in my late 20s and do not have any noticeable issues yet so I figured taking them could not hurt as a preventative measure. That said I did not notice any major change from taking them. That is not to say they do not work as they may be more beneficial for someone with more noticeable issues, just personally at my age and situation I did not notice any clear effects. They don’t smell and don’t have a taste though which is good. Overall hard to rate fairly given my situation but they seem well made and worth trying if you feel you need the support!
