No, for many reasons.
First off, I do not recommend these turmeric supplements at all. My initial hesitation came from the ingredients listed on the bottle. Ingredient lists should be transparent and clear, but I have no idea what Nu-FLOW or Nu-MAG are. There appear to be trademarked ingredients, but it still doesn’t say what is in it. While I was trying to research these supplements, I saw that the company is also experiencing a recall on their products. Level-wise, 1000mg is great for turmeric, and it has the necessary black pepper to activate the turmeric. The pills are a typical size. For the price, these would have been great, but there’s just too many red flags to recommend them.

Easy to take, no noticeable results
Very easy to take supplement. Standard size capsules so nothing surprising there. There is a smell I can’t quite describe when opening the bottle that either I don’t know what turmeric smells like or the turmeric I have had up to this point has a different smell. In either case a small complaint on the product overall. As for the health benefits touted in this product I didn’t perceive and changes for the better or worse after taking this for almost a month so I’m not sure this had any effect for me.

Not my cup of tea but could be for someone else
These pills were much bigger than I expected so I tried taking them but they were just too hard to take. I also was very put off by the smell when I opened the bottle which made it more difficult to want to take the pills so I think that added to trying to take them. The ingredients confused me and googling them didn’t give much clarity so I didn’t continue to try and take them. Since it states you have to take them for quite a while to see benefits these wouldn’t be for me anyways.

I got turned on to Turmeric supplements from both my naturopath and physical therapist to help with my bum knee. I do find that the joints moves better and with less pain when I take Turmeric. I had good results with this brand. I like the addition of black pepper and MCT oil which both help in the uptake of the curcumin. Plus adding ginger which is soothing on the stomach so I did not experience any bad side effects or aftertastes neither. The capsules are easy to swallow and are average in size. Cost is right too.What is confusing is the company seems to be willing to share all of the labeling, testing, etc. in the advert, but then only shows the distributer without the manufacturing source. Is it overseas? US made? Globally sourced but made in the US? Doesn’t say. So yes I had good results but not without some concerns

I have taken a large variety of vitamins, minerals, and supplements over the years, including some with turmeric and the other ingredients included in this product, so I am familiar with the benefits and potential side effects.I have been taking this as suggested (2/day with a glass of water) for the last month. The capsules are medium-small in size and filled with a fine orange-brown powder. They are easy to take, which I like. They smell like turmeric and ginger, but I didn’t notice a strong taste or aftertaste. I have had 2 surgeries on my left hip. I have definitely noticed an improvement in joint mobility and less pain, more energy and better sleep, which I like. Unfortunately, I have a history of upper stomach pain, so I have found it best to take this with a meal to limit stomach upset.Honestly, in my opinion, this is a good quality effective product and a good value considering you receive 60 capsules in one bottle; my experience with the product has been positive.
