Still waiting for the claimed effects…
Ending the week two run of these and I have yet to feel any effects that justify this price point per serving. Does it have good ingredients? Yes. Easy to swallow? Sure. But how long until I feel rested after workouts or get any better energy then taking these alone? Maybe after a solid month I can adjust this review.Also, having to take these on an empty stomach in the morning is good for anyone that does intermediate fasting, not so good for us that don’t.

I’ve been taking one every morning on an empty stomach (for at least an hour after taking). There are no weird tastes or burps or anything like that. This supplement seems well put together. The ingredient list is solid with tongkat ali, mucuna pruriens, and black galingale all included. I’ve seen these on their own before but it is nice having them combined in one formula instead of buying multiple bottles.Capsules are easy to take, no strong smell or taste, and the bottle size is good for a full month’s supply. The packaging looks professional and I like that it is labeled non GMO and third party tested which makes it feel more reliable.I am not going into health claims here, just saying it feels like a good quality product with a formula that makes sense. The value is fair considering the ingredient combo and how concentrated it is compared to some others I have seen.Overall I’d give it 5 stars. Instead of the typical plastic small jar of most supplements, these come in a big plastic bag. It says take 2-3 pills on an empty stomach in the morning. I took 3 pills. This reviews comes after finishing the month’s supply.Pros:- Easy to swallow- FlavorlessNeutral/Cons:- does not say anywhere if it’s third party tested- No weight loss- No improvement to energy levels vs when I wasn’t taking these.- No improvement to sleep (not additional hours, nor sleep quality based on my watch application’s readings)Overall I am still on the look for a natural supplement that will help with my energy levels as I age, this is not it.

I feel like it’s a bit more expensive than the individual ingredients warrant, simply because it’s marketed for men’s wellness, but it works okay.I do notice a difference when taking it, although it’s minor. I don’t think Amazon likes it when you attribute specific effects to supplements or claim they can treat any medical condition, but in the vaguest way I can put it, I do feel good, more energy, etc. The strength of the effect is relatively minor, but noticeable.These all would have fit in a bottle, but I guess the bag makes people feel like it’s better value or more special or something… I don’t like it though. Promising Ingredients, But No Dosage Transparency
I tried this as part of a broader look at testosterone support supplements. The three-ingredient lineup is reasonable on paper, but execution leaves something to be desired.Tongkat Ali is the strongest player here — it’s one of the few herbal testosterone boosters with real human RCT data behind it. Mucuna Pruriens has decent supporting research for cortisol reduction and fertility markers, though published studies used much higher doses than a capsule format realistically delivers. Black Galingale is the odd one out: human clinical trials found no direct increase in testosterone, suggesting it works through other mechanisms — calling it a “testosterone booster” is a stretch.The capsules have no noticeable taste or odor, which is a genuine plus for a supplement in this category — some herbal formulas in this space can be pretty funky. They were easy to use and take.My main gripe is the complete lack of per-ingredient dosing on the label or listing. Without knowing how much Tongkat Ali is actually in each serving, you can’t tell if it’s a clinically relevant dose or just a label dressing. Third-party testing is claimed but no certifying lab is named.Worth a try if you’re looking for a no-frills herbal option — just don’t expect miraculous energy improvement when the label won’t even tell you how much of anything is in it.

Not sure about EMP certification
This route supplement by VitaMan is supposed to boost free and total testosterone, elevate mood and libido, increase strength and stamina and improve sleep the packet comes with a 30 day supply. You’re supposed to take 2 to 3 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach. The ingredients look very good, but I am very leery because nowhere on the packaging. Does it say manufactured in a GMP facility because there is no GMP label I cannot guarantee if this product is tested for quality and purity. The package also does not say where this supplement is manufactured, therefore I do not feel comfortable taking it without doing further research. Three stars for lack of transparency on GMP or made in a FDA registered facility.
