Cool looking vitamins. Help hair growth
I like how clean and traceable the ingredients are in Ritual’s postnatal vitamins, and the mint-essence makes them more pleasant to swallow. The delayed-release capsules feel gentle on my stomach. But, I do sometimes get nasty “fishy” burps a few hours later — probably from the algal omega-3 — which is the only thing that really drags down the experience.

Highly recommend!
I don’t often gush about a vitamin, but these are great. I’ve been taking these for about a year and a half since I’m still breastfeeding. I started taking these a couple months postpartum, I had been taking Rituals prenatal formula for my entire pregnancy. While taking these, I’m rarely ever sick. I have 3 kids who are always bringing a new virus in the house and I might catch 1 or 2 colds a year. I feel great and have plenty of energy. These are easy to take, but I recommend taking them before bed since they do have a fishy aftertaste that I notice if I burp (gross, I know). I love their fresh mint and citrus flavors, I think that really sets them apart from other pre/postnatal vitamin brands.Overall, I’m super pleased with the quality of ingredients in Ritual’s products, and will be switching to their women’s formula after my little guy is weaned.

Love the subscription option!
I bought these after using Ritual’s Prenatal vitamins. They were a great and easy way to just continue getting the vitamins I needed in postpartum. I’ve been using these for 6 months and plan to continue using them for another 6 months. I’ve noticed that my hair didn’t have too much loss during PP. My nails have been very strong and my skin looks great! The subscription makes it so easy to never run out, too.I really love the minty flavor! They are easy to swallow and not too large. The only drawback is that I have to take them at night because I occasionally taste the fish oil if I take them in the morning.

Feel a difference quickly
Okay, I definitely feel WAY better taking these. Less brain fog. 3 month PP. hair is shedding..including my eyelashes so I bought this to hopefully provide better nutrients than the vitamins I was previously taking. As far as flavor.. I got the choline in citrus and the pp in mint. AWFUL. Nasty. Citrus is like a fishy ginger and the mint is like equates version of listerine WITH the alcohol in it. Essence my a*s. It’s full on flavor packed.

Reliable, Effective Vitamins with a Refreshing Mint Taste
I’ve been using Ritual post-natal vitamins for over two years now, and I’ve noticed that my hair and nails seem thicker, and I seem to have a bit more energy than before I started using them. The mint taste is lovely, and the pills contain a lot of minerals without being hard to swallow. I have gotten nauseous in the past from other vitamins, but have never had an issue with these. Just be sure that you’re checking in with your doctor about the supplements that you’re taking to ensure that you aren’t getting too much of anything, as my mom was taking two different supplements containing Vitamin D and recently found out while doing her regular blood panel that she was dangerously over the recommended amount of Vitamin D and had to stop taking supplements for a while until it returned to normal.

Do not buy
Disgusting taste, feel burning for 45 minutes after swallowing all the way down my esophagus. Do not be fooled by the sleek advertising.

Just the right ingredientsJust the right ingredients
I’ve tried Ritual’s Essential for Women multi vitamins in the past, so when I got pregnant, Ritual’s Prenatal and Postnatal Multivitamins where the clear choice. Around 4 months postpartum I had anemia and my hair was falling (as expected) so I decided to switch to another multivitamin that had more nutrients, thinking that’s what my body needed. I switched, and for the next 3 months my nails were weaker and my breastmilk supply was decreasing significantly. I had loss of appetite and lack of energy for weeks. I decided to give Ritual a try again, thinking that I didn’t feel this depleted a couple of months ago. It’s been 5 days and I can say that my breastmilk supply is increasing and keeping up with baby’s needs, I have more energy and less mind fog. Although it does not have all of the nutrients you would find on a regular multivitamin, the composition of these multivitamins is exclusively for postpartum needs and recovery. I highly recommend them.
