Don’t use contains Maltodextrin
I’ve been using a chromium supplement for a very long time. I ordered this because it was on the vine items and figured I’d save myself a few dollars. I should’ve reviewed all of the ingredients before purchasing because this is supposed to help with blood sugar regulation however it contains an additive which is completely unnecessary called Maltodextrin which will totally spike your blood sugar as though you were consuming straight up glucose. It will spike it to between 85 and 100 which is outrageous. Maltodextrin is an artificial sweetener that is highly processed and for a capsule that you were going to swallow, I don’t know why you would need an artificial sweetener. It makes absolutely no sense. Why would you put this item in something that’s supposed to help regulate your blood sugar and not spike it through the roof? So if you are watching your glycemic index and your blood sugar I absolutely would not recommend this product.
