Good value, but lack of information
I have been wanting to try rhodiola for awhile so this seemed like a perfect opportunity. First there are different kinds, Rhodiola rosea (RR) and Rhodiola quadrifida (RQ). This product label says it is the Rhodiola quadrifida plant which is used for immune support, though I think RR is more commonly what people are looking for or thinking of when they look to supplement with the rhodiola adaptogen. So just be sure that you are after the right type for your goals. Each capsule is 350mg and the suggested serving is 3 capsules total of 1050mg. That seems like way too much and possibly dangerous? Unless that is either labeled wrong or not fully active. Studies in humans use RR at 20-50mg dosing or up to 100mg for RQ. RR has been dosed up to 400mg in mice studies so – just be cautious here and talk to your doctor first. I personally only take 1 capsule alternating days so the bottle will last a few months, and makes it a better value. The packaging could definitely use more information such as manufacturing and quality standards, sourcing, etc to help the buyer make informed decisions.

Not sure of it’s effectiveness
As with any supplement, do your research and consult a doctor if you are taking other medications or have any existing conditions. I am not too familiar with this form of Rhodiola, so it’s unclear how effective it really it. There is no way a reviewer can give clinical evidence if this supplement really helps. Some people may feel it gives them stress relief. Personally, I haven’t noticed any specific changes. The dosage seems high to me as taking 3 pills for a serving may be too much. While research on Rhodiola quadrifida specifically is limited, it’s related to Rhodiola rosea, which is more widely studied. Here are potential benefits:- Adaptogenic effects – May help the body adapt to physical, emotional, and environmental stress.- Hormonal balance – Traditionally used to support reproductive health in women (e.g., menstrual regularity, menopause).- Energy and stamina – May improve fatigue and physical endurance.- Antioxidant properties – Contains compounds that may help reduce oxidative stress and support cellular health.Things to Keep in Mind:- Not FDA-evaluated: Like most supplements, it hasn’t been evaluated by the FDA for effectiveness or safety.- May affect hormone levels: Could potentially interfere with hormone-sensitive conditions or medications (especially for women).- Dosage: 1050 mg per serving is a relatively high dose, so it’s best to monitor how your body reacts.

Subtle but Steady Energy and Stress Support
I’ve been taking the Rhodiola Quadrifida 350mg capsules for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed a gentle but steady improvement in my overall energy and stress levels. It’s not a jolt of energy like caffeine, but more of a calm, clear-headed focus that lasts throughout the day. This type of rhodiola (quadrifida) isn’t as common as rosea, so I was curious to try it—and so far, it seems like a solid option. I feel less mentally fatigued and a bit more resilient during stressful days. Also nice that it’s marketed as a natural cleanse, which feels like a bonus, even if the effects are subtle.I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the benefits build gradually and aren’t dramatic overnight. But if you’re looking for a natural way to support stress and energy without stimulants, this is a good one to try. The capsules are easy on the stomach and feel like a quality product.

wildcrafted Siberian Rhodiola root capsules
These appear to be the real deal. The brand is a Siberian collective of organic farms. I’d never heard of the quadrifida species before ordering this. I actually didn’t catch that as I take rhodiola regularly, so why pass up a free trial container of any new brand? I just ordered it and moved on.I’m very glad I did, because Rhodiola quadrifida has a different alkaloid profile than Rhodiola rosea. That should mean it it will have different effects, at least to some degree. I haven’t figured out differences in how each affects me yet, but will be focusing on that soon.Being wildcrafted by this collective group of workers where this species naturally grows, I’m convinced there is no better product of this species available in capsules.

Siberian Wild Rhodiola Quadrifida – 350mg (90 Capsules)
Features a unique red-bush form of Rhodiola, which is a bit rarer than the standard kind. Intended for stress, energy, and overall balance. Capsule count makes it a decent value. Labeling is clean and direct. May pair well with adaptogen stacks. Bottle design looks nice but a bit plain overall.

Good stuff
I’ve taken the more common Rhodioa Rosea in the past off and on, but hadn’t tried this alternative species of Rhodiola Quadrifida. I believe the effects of both are subtle, but they make me feel a little more even-keeled. Siberian Wild appears to be a legit brand.

seems like good value with misleading infoseems like good value with misleading info
I confused this with Rhodiola rosea due to how they market it here, because I didn’t know there were varieties. Hopefully my lesson helps someone else who doesn’t know. I don’t currently have a need to use this supplement. What I learned about the two different rhodiolas is:Rhodiola rosea has a long history of use in traditional medicine, especially in Russia and Scandinavia, for enhancing physical and mental performance, reducing fatigue, and improving resilience to stress. It is one of the most researched adaptogens, with studies supporting its anti-stress, anti-fatigue, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and even anti-cancer properties.Rhodiola quadrifida is traditionally used in Asia as a tonic, adaptogen, antidepressant, and anti-inflammatory remedy. Scientific studies have shown that extracts of R. quadrifida can stimulate granulocyte activity, enhance lymphocyte response, and boost certain immune parameters in animal models. The other thing that confuses me is the bottle says it’s for urinary tract health and detox, so I don’t know if this brand can even be trusted.
