Those bright citrus flavors come through loud and clear.________________________________________SERVING & STORAGE:The bottle had a suggested serving of just a little over 1-teaspoon, but did not say whether you should mix that with water or not and there was no indication as to how to store it after opening the bottle, but I found both those pieces of information on their website.• SERVING: Take 6 mL (just over one teaspoon) per day, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. You can take it directly from the spoon or mix it into a cold beverage.• STORAGE: Before opening: Store in a cool, dry place. After opening: Refrigeration is not required but is recommended for taste and freshness. Use within 45 days of opening.I like the tropical citrusy punch enough that I just take it straight, but I’ve tried it diluted in about 6 ounces of water, which tastes like a lightly flavored water, if you find the flavor too strong.________________________________________SENSITIVE STOMACH:The only thing I’ll note is the day I drank it on an empty stomach I felt a little nauseous. I can’t 100% say that’s the supplement because I have a sensitive stomach, but I’ve taken it with at least a bite of something ever since, and never had another issue.________________________________________BOTTLE SIZE & VALUE:I am happy for the decent sized bottle, that should last a full month.. Although, it does work out to more than a dollar a serving, which is a bit steep. It does have all the clean ingredients to warrant the premium price, if that’s a priority in your life.________________________________________VEGAN & SUGAR, GLUTEN, SOY, NUT, & CORN ADDITIVE FREE:As a vegetarian, I’m super happy to have this completely vegan, easy way of supplementing my B12. It’s, also, nice to see all their products are free from sugar, dairy, gluten, GMOs, soy, nuts, corn, additives, and artificial coloring.
