I’ve been burping a lot after I eat. I eat well, no sugar, no enriched pasta, no corn syrup, and eat mostly whole foods. But, it’s still the food we buy in the US. We need laws here regarding ingredients like the rest of the world has.That said, I tried this Resilia Synbiotic and within a week I noticed way less burps. I finished the bottle a couple weeks ago, and still no burps unless I drink coffee on an empty stomach or eat spicy foods.I believe this product has definitely restored some great gut flora.I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.Other than the non organic rice flour excipient, it seems like an awesome product. I have not seen a clear difference in appetite control yet, so I would not buy it specifically for that purpose, but I am more interested in the digestive and overall gut-support benefits.My only hesitation is quality transparency.
