It works!!… but not a 100% like some reviews mentioned. But honestly i was able to do 11 days ONLY Water fasting on this product and using fasting salts, With (NO SIDE EFFECTS). I Drinks a lots of water doing my fast, but enough water that my body could tolerate to keep me hydrated & balanced out my electrolytes.

I noticed increased energy when I took these. I don’t take them consistently because I am not one to take supplements when there isn’t a deficiency. So I go through 2 bottles, then I stop for several months. When I’m feeling sluggish everyday, I purchase and start again. They work for me!

Noticed no change
