A bit inconvenient to use
This is an excellent formula, but like similar detox formulas I’ve used, it requires one to use it an hour before taking any food or medication or to wait until two hours after eating or taking other medications and supplements.Unfortunately, I take not only thyroid meds in the morning (which has similar rules) but other medications and supplements that have to be staggered throughout the day. As vital as a good detox supplement with fulvic and humic acid is, it makes it a bit challenging to figure out how to fit all this in if one also has any kind of work or life.So, as a product, this is five stars for me as a very useful tool in detox. This is one of the brands that my naturopath uses because its so high quality. It just requires a little more thought in scheduling when to take it consistently without it interfering with anything else I take.There were the full 90 capsules in my bottle. I don’t usually count, but since another comment mentioned they thought they were short-changed, I actually poured out the whole bottle and counted. At three a day, this would last for a month so its not cheap, but its in line with some of the other really good detox formulas I’ve used.

not as immediate as charcoal powder
Carefully taking these detox capsules. I’ve had some negative reactions to a a couple detox brands I tried the past 2 months. So, I’m watching how my body reacts to this one. I’m used charcoal powder to detox before and this herbal detox mix isn’t as aggressive as the charcoal is to my body. These capsules do need to be taken a specific way though. Must be taken on an empty stomach. So, these capsules need to be taken before even taking other supplements or vitamins. In the morning before breakfast is likely the best time. Plus having to use the restroom when still @ home will be useful too. These capsules don’t have a specific taste. I’m not a fan of having to take 3 of these capsules per day. But at least detoxing is only done ocassionaly. If I had my way, just 2x a year. But my husband encourages I detox every 3 months. So far, this hasn’t made my hair fall out abnormally like the other 2 detox brands I recently tried. Still a wait & see time thoughRecommended.

A highly recommended compound for removing toxins from your body
This was recommended to me by one of my medical people, having been exposed to a lot of chemicals and toxic compounds in my career, I have neuropathy in my feet as a result with no known cause… But I expect that it’s primarily because of inflammation in my body. Doing a detox daily, there were no major side effects or issues, although you really need to keep hydrated to prevent constipation. This is my second order for toxinpul, which has binders in it to pull out the toxins. And the cost of this was very reasonable
