I Like the Ingredients
I have been working on my gut health for quite a while now, and finding this supplement was a nice surprise for me. I like that it contains so many of the great supplements that are frequently suggested for gut health. It’s so nice having them all combined into one supplement instead of having to take separate pills for all of them. It does recommend to take four a day, which might sound like a lot, but considering how many great things you’re getting it’s really not bad and they are just regular sized capsules that are easy to swallow and don’t have any flavor to them. I haven’t noticed any changes yet, but gut stuff takes time.

Great gut formulation
This gut health supplement is great. I love the formulation, which is high quality, science based ingredients.The ingredients: Collagen, NAC, GutGuard licorice extract, black cumin, zinc carnosine, and luteolin.The NAC, licorice extract, zinc carnosine, and black cumin in particular have shown a lot of benefits for gut health. I like that they use a clinically studied licorice extract. The black cumin is good, but it’s not an extract and appears to just be cumin seed powder.I’ve taken this for a couple weeks and my gut health has noticeably improved and I seem more regular.Overall – it’s a great product with a good formulation, but I wish they did not use a proprietary blend and disclosed the amounts of the different ingredients.

I like it when a brand lets its customers know who they are and their why. Researched Nutritional’s does just that. They go further by letting you know how they came up with the formulations for their products that are focused on specific complex health issues. They state that their formulations are based on 3rd party clinical research and studies. The only thing I couldn’t find is information about their manufacturing facility. Is it certified GMP? Are they 3rd party lab tested? I found their non GMO statement but I had to search for it. Are any of these ingredients organic? Other than that, what I have learned about this brand leads me to believe they are an A+ company and their products are something I can trust. I ordered this ReNew-Gut+ hoping to get some relief and support for ‘Gut’ issues. The dosage is 4 capsules. Not sure if that is all at once but I had to split it up because, since I was looking for GI issues support, 4 caps at once would have been too hard on my stomach. Also, I took these with food. The label did not state one way or the other so hopefully that doesn’t make a difference. I’ve almost finished the bottle. I did not notice any dramatic changes. I did feel, however, that my intestines seem to be a little calmer and not easily upset. I know that most times with supplements like this it takes a couple months to feel the full benefits. I suspect I would notice something more after another couple bottles. This brands’ focus is more on practitioners offering these supplements to their patients so I am assuming that one would get more direction for the use of these speaking with a medical professional. In any case, it is always better to get a medical professional support and direction on using various supplements. Overall, I like the brand for their dedication to make supplements that are superior. I like this formulation of RenewGut+ and I will continue to test this one out.
