I spent some time researching this product to see what it is actually claiming to do in language that I can understand as, “disrupting biofilm matrices” means nothing to me. I googled the term and also went to their website and skimmed their research. As far as I can tell, this product is supposed to help with infections and stuff that is messing your body that you may not even know about.I’ve started taking it and haven’t noticed any effects, positive or negative at this point…but then you often don’t with supplements. I will edit this review if things change. I am also not trying to fix anything in particular.It seems like this is a strong formulation, so I wouldn’t take it without doing at least some research. Also, from the website, it seems like the sort of thing that is supposed to be prescribed by a medical professional. Also, you have to take it on an empty stomach, so I sometimes forget as all my other supps are taken with meals.So in conclusion, from my non medical POV, this seems like a fairly heavy-duty supplement, so act accordingly.

Highly priced supplement, but has peer reviewed clinical research
The price is high, but there is a 2 month supply , and they are easy to take. I take one in the morning on an empty stomach and do just fine, no apparent side effects. Biofilms are an elusive thing, as you cannot see them inside yourself. But when you tend to have a lot of mucus, but sure that you have them. Keeping them in check (and there are many different forms ) is a daily ordeal, to stay on top of. Using other ingredients in this formula is well rounded and covers a lot of issues, all in one pill. They have some clinical studies done, and that is always a good thing. On myself personally, I seem to be a little bit more regular and don’t have as much mucus as I did before taking, and have only completed half a bottle.

They pay for clinical research by third parties that gets published in peer review journals. They focus their products strategically on a health issue or a body part that has a need. Then they tailor their supplements in a multi-pronged approach to those needs to solve problems for patients and provide resources for doctors.Most supplement companies say that their assertions haven’t been evaluated by the FDA. This company says we have the scientific proof that our supplements work.For all of these reasons, I expect quality from their supplements, I’m happy when I see a new product of theirs to review, and have ordered 6 of their products so far.Positives for BioDisrupt:-Easy to swallow-No adverse tastes, smells, or side effects-Able to easily find company website.-Can read label-Supplement Facts on bottle label is on this site-At the time of this writing, the manufacturer has not mentioned on this site whether a GMP certified facility was used, if there was 3rd party testing done, and where the supplements are made.-Safety seals were intactThese are pricey compared to lesser quality supplements. But Researched Nutritionals is top notch, and I love taking their supplements!-I’m not a healthcare professional or expert on supplements.

The only product where I cant take and doesn’t give me horrible brain fog and anxiety from biofilm disruption. Every other product I took to disrupt biofilms whether it’s single ingredient or mixed made me get so anxious and foggy I couldn’t continue except for this. Idk what magic this brand has, it’s the only brand that I’ve been able to tolerate for my horrible sibo symptoms . It’s changed my life in helping me on my recovery path

No, I have not noticed any dramatic changes since starting to use “BioDisrupt”, but I’m not going to say I was expecting to, either. I take what I consider excellent care of my health, cycle on and off various supplements, keep some as a near daily standard, and the term “BioHacking” has been in my lexicon for about ten years. Since I could get BioDisrupt through Amazon Vine, I thought I’d give it a try.Other detailed and excellent reviews are near this one on Amazon, so I can save myself some composition time here. What I can offer is to meet the “two hours before or one hour after” a meal, I’ve been keeping this by my beside for when I awake in the middle of the night; research “second sleep”.I’ve research Researched Nutritionals and feel comfortable with their offerings. I’d suggest you do the same.

BioDisrupt: Two Capsules Twice a Day on an Empty Stomach
SHORT REVIEW: My Layman’s Impression is that Researched Nutritionals (R.N.) presents itself as a research driven company and purports to create “science backed” formulations aimed at specific issues. While these *may possibly* be safe for healthy folks, these are possibly strong, specific and expensive formulations that I’d personally use only at the advice of a trusted medical professional who doesn’t personally benefit from supplement sales. Fortress Brand Wellness is the only authorized Amazon seller per R.N. Safety wise, this is what I found:THE DETAILSTransparency/History: According to “OurKidsASD” dot com (a vendor), “Researched Nutritionals® is a trusted provider of research-based dietary supplements. Founded in 2006 by CEO Dennis Schoen, the company’s mission is to develop formulations supported by ongoing clinical trials, demonstrating product efficacy.” Schoen previously worked at ProHealth, Inc. as a CEO. To see the BioFilm research study you need to register at their website as a 1. Healthcare provider or 2. A patient with a “code” of some sort, which is disappointing.Accountability: I could find little information about accountability. According to FXMed dot nz (another vendor) , “Researched Nutritionals® utilize independent laboratory testing to ensure consistently superior product quality, and perform third party clinical research on their products to demonstrate product performance in your patient population.” Researched Nutritionals replied to my email, saying that their manufacturing partners all have NSF certification (*Or the equivalent*). But my gold standard is *verified* NSF certification. They have several products including this one that they claim to have done research on or have had researched.Quality: These capsules have a bitter, slightly pepperminty taste in my mouth, but aren’t hard to swallow. The BioDisrupt Blend contains two trademark blends, which I associate with higher quality products. That said, EnzymeDisrupt includes Serratopeptidase (aka Serrapeptase)is a proteolytic enzyme that has been banned in Europe (lack of studies?), but which I’ve seen in another biofilm disruptor product sold in the US. It also includes an HerbDisrupt Blend and N-Acetyl Cisteine (which I know and take at times as NAC), although at half the dose I’ve seen recommended. In summary, there appear to be some ingredients here that may serve a purpose but which also may interfere with your medications.Realistically: This is a harder supplement regimen to comply with, as it’s required to take it two hours after a meal and 1 hour before the next meal, twice a day. I was interested in this because of dental issues, but studying has made me realize there’s little that can impact the inside of teeth besides an endodontist. Also, I have no idea whether this is a specific supplement that might help some folks, or if it’s just an expensive one.
