I immediately noticed my nails, within a week. Then I started noticing less hair in the shower. I need to take this product for a lot longer to truly verify but it seems to be helping. I also know that Biotin is a water solouble vitamin so that if my body doesn’t need it, I will pee it out. Because of that, I do take a double dose every other day as I have seen evidence that more is better.

I began taking this product (Research Verified Biotin) on April 12, 2021, and after two months of taking it consistently, I have noticed (and so has my husband) that my hair has greater fullness and more length. I bought this product because I was losing my hair from having Covid earlier this year. Apparently, it is a side effect that starts about three months after getting over it for some people. I was becoming kind of desperate. I finally decided to try the biotin, and I have to say that it seems my hair has stopped falling out by the handful. Now I just need to wait for my hair to get its healthy look back.

The number of tablets in the bottles were short from the amount that should have been in the bottle.
Every bottle sent in this order had one extra strength biotin tablet that was just a small slice off of the top and not a full tablet.
