Showtime will tell how effective it is but it seems to have ingredients that should help supplement someone on AGLP one diet and I’ll come back and review once completed but it does taste good it just comes with a small scooper for you to dish out the right amount of powder and based on the sides of the scooper it looks like it’ll last at least a month or more

So I’ve been taking this Replenza advanced gut GLP -1 support berry drink mix for almost a month now and I can say I’m very happy I got it.I am not on a GLP1 journey, but I was very interested in the blend of fiber, amino acids, marine collagen peptides, and electrolytes with B vitamins because those are exactly what I need for my busy workday. I work as a server, sometimes my whole shift is outdoors and I end up sweating a lot, clocking in a bunch of miles walking back-and-forth and just being so tired by the time I get home.This has been a wonderful find! The energy and overall feeling I get on the days that I drink this proves to me that this is a quality supplement. I like adding this powder to a bottled water and shaking it vigorously to make sure the powder dissolves well, it’s a nice way to be able to sip it throughout my work shift. I think a shaker bottle helps well to help the powder dissolve quicker as well.The berry flavor tastes pretty good being that it has Stevia in it and it hasn’t caused me any type of stomach issues or upset. It really helps with my digestion and keeps me from snacking throughout my work shift.Even though I’m not on a GLP-1, everything in this is perfect for me. It’s such a good value for the amount you get and having so many wonderful supplements all in one easy to drink powder. It helps me feel better and it’s everything that my body needs. Love it!!

I picked this up mainly for the fiber and the marine collagen since those are two things I already use regularly. The sweetener is stevia which I prefer and the collagen is fish based which I like for skin and nail support. I mix the powder directly into my daily vanilla protein shake and the berry flavor blends in beautifully. It turns the shake into something that tastes closer to a fruit and cream drink and it mixes smoothly without leaving grit behind.Looking at the ingredient list, the formula is built around a few things that make sense for gut support. The inulin provides a meaningful amount of soluble fiber and that is something I already know works well for me. It is one of the more reliable fibers for feeding beneficial gut bacteria and helping things stay consistent. The essential amino acid blend is larger than I expected and includes the full set of EAAs which is unusual for a product marketed this way. The electrolytes and B vitamins round it out and make it feel more like a daily mix rather than a single purpose supplement.They also promote GLP 1 support and while I cannot measure that directly, the ingredients that relate to that idea are the soluble fiber and the amino acids. Soluble fiber is known for slowing digestion and helping with fullness and amino acids can play a role in how the body responds to meals. I was curious about this product by Replenza. It is a marketed as an advanced Gut Plus drink which contains amino acids, collagen and fiber. The products comes in a container with a screw cap to keep the products fresh. It is a fine powder that mixes well with water without any clumping. The supplement is semi clear with a slight tint. With just a few swirls the powder was completely dissolved. The taste is good for this type of drink but it is not very flavorful. It tastes similar to other fiber drinks which is not bad. I would say that this is very effective for gut health and it is enhanced with collagen which is good for skin health. As for value for the money, this product is on the high end of the spectrum in comparison with similar products. Even though it is pricey, I give it 5 stars for quality, easy to mix and quality ingredients.
