    These are wonderful! Helped with my digestive system. Gentle on stomach. The price is the only thing that makes it not receive a five star from me. I feel like it is comparable with others on the market but just a bit more expensive.

    Short term adjustment period for long term benefits

    Ok so whenever i first started this or run out for a few days i always get the runs when i first start this up again. This lasts maybe a few days but then my poops are the most normal and i find that im much less bloated and its nice because i find having a healthy gut helps my mental health issues. No odor, no taste, and one simple pill a day. These are great because they are delayed release your stomach acid doesn’t destroy the probiotics. I have Gerd so i need these for probiotics to be effective!!!! What a great product thank you!

    Taken one bottle. I do believe it’s helping with digestion. I ordered to see if it helps with stress urinary problems and I think it will take longer than 30 days to tell. I haven’t had any adverse reactions.
